I thought that this book was brilliant! As soon as I started too read it captured my attention and refused too let go. The novel is a blend of myths, legends and laughter, it all flows smoothly and the pace is kept the same, meaning that there isn't a dull part that you have to sit through. The author's writing makes the reader feel like he is talking directly too them, and keeps the reader engaged and wanting to know what is going to happen next.
The novel is full of fun and adventure as the boys stumble across a magical world that they never knew existed, the only problem is they aren't the only ones to know about it, it is up to them and their family to try to save the magical world from utter destruction.
The author breathes new life into the world of fantasy novels and I hope to be able to read more from this wonderful author. If you like Lord of the Rings kind of books then this is defiantly for you!

the book is beautiful and sweet and the world portrayed is still full of wonder, lovely story in bed time for kid
