When I first met Dominic Snow, he literally saved me from falling. I never dreamed I'd end up working for him. And I certainly didn't plan on falling in love with him. We were an unlikely couple, far from conventional in his social circles, but I always assumed that if we'd made it through those first couple months, nothing could break us apart.
Twenty-one year-old Aleena Davison has it all. A job she loves and that pays well. An amazing, gorgeous man who happens to be rich and everything she could ever want in a lover. She's put up with a lot to keep this life, but what she faces now might be too much. Can she and Dominic get through it, or will their fairy tale come crashing down around them?

This book opened with one hot, erotic, sexy BDSM scene, and it continued throughout this fantastic continuing story of Dominic and Aleena. I could not put this book down. It is a whirlwind story of their pasts and the present. The story was nonstop action, so many emotions, Dominic, well you know what is there to say except, OMG, and Aleena, I am in awe of her. The BDSM was really perfect, not over the top, but certainly left you thinking, would I do that!!!! Dominic learns who his birth father is and meets with his birth mother and all the pain associated with his childhood, while wanting to start a charity organization. He is constantly in motion, with the only thing stopping him dead in his tracks is the love he has for Aleena.
Aleena, the perfect work partner during the day and submissive at night!! She also has to deal with his former submissives and help him come to terms with his past, because Dominic may be a Dom, but he is still just a man and Aleena is just the woman who can help him through it all. Aleena is one strong woman and she handles whatever obstacles are placed in front of her. She is simply impressive in and out of the bedroom. This was a great read. Loved it!!
These characters are so in love you can hear it in the writing. No I'm not going to tell you about this story because I want you to read it . Great books .This writer. No matter what she writes is great so enjoy.
I absolutely love Dominic and Aleena together. It seems like something or someone is testing their relationship. It seems like they can't catch a break but their love for each other is what will get them through the hard times. I really enjoy this series and can't wait for what comes next
Sorry to see the ending to a great story. I was hooked from the very beginning after reading Serving Him. It was a few unanswered questions , like his mother's did his father die, what happen to Penelope and etc.
Everything you need in a sequel... great ending to a great series
This book is the sequel to Serving HIM. You don’t have to have read it to be able to enjoy it, but this fabulous story will definitely make loads more sense if you do... and you’ll love it all the more.
It’s now nearly 2am and thank goodness I don’t have work in the morning as I could not put this book down until i had devoured every single page. It really kept me hooked and I just had to know how it all ends for this adorable couple.
So, the last instalment of Serving HIM saw our loved up couple quite happy and content. They appeared to be getting more and more enamoured with each other and Dominic certainly seemed to be more accepting of the love and devotion that Aleena showed him.
It kicks off as hot and steamy as always. If there’s one thing you are guaranteed with these two... it’s pure passionate, unadulterated, filthy sex!! And I use the word filthy in the most beautiful of terms because their sex life is rather unconventional... but just as loving and sensual. The whole BDSM scene had never really appealed to me before, and it still doesn’t in reality, but Parker has a way of making it feel ultimately loving and completely intoxicating. There’s no sleaziness or sordid feeling to it... just another preference.
I love the way that these characters have grown together and they really have built such a strong relationship but there are those moments when you grimace at something one of them does and you think “yep, that’s going to cause an argument”.
There are a few hints early on in the book where it is easy to see where this is headed, and as much as it wasn’t exactly predictable it was obvious that something huge is going to come and rock the boat.
If there are a few things I would have liked to have seen on this book it was more on the outcome of Penelope and Mitchell. That just kind of gets left for you to wonder if they got their comeuppance.
I also wanted more about the building relationship between Dominic and his real mum. It is hinted at, but I’d have liked there to have been a little more direct interaction.
Another criticism... there are quite a few glaring mistakes in this book that caused some confusion. It mentions Snow Enterprises in one chapter, but I’d never heard of that. I was led to believe Dominic’s business was the Winter Corporation! A little confused.
Also, it says early on about Max being the one to help Aleena in the shop when she ran into Penelope in the Serving HIM series... but it wasn’t Max, it was Vincent. Things like this should be picked up by proof readers or Beta readers. Also, a lot of typos and grammatical issues... but nothing too much. That it spoiled my enjoyment.
I loved the ending... very fitting and deliciously heartwarming. Dominic is just incredibly gorgeous and I couldn’t think of a better way for Aleena and Dominics story to come to its fabulous conclusion.
I really enjoyed the sequel to Serving Him as I wasn't quite ready to part with Dominic and Aleena. Most of the loose ends were tied up in this book, however, I wish we'd gotten to learn what fate befell Mitchell Pence and Peneleope Rittenour for the little stunt they pulled. I wanted to hear that they received a nice, long prison sentence or something nice and humiliating, like a public fall from grace. Or both. Both would have been great!
Aside from that, once again, there was great need of a competent editor with this book. There were sentences missing words, sentences with extra words that didn't belong, a few instances of no space between a word and the punctuation, some typos and misspellings--in one case, a '1' instead of an 'I'-- and most egregiously, capitalizing the word 'sub' and not capitalizing 'Sir.' In the BDSM world, specifically in the case of a D/s relationship, sub would not be capitalized, and when addressing a Dom, Sir would most definitely be capitalized! This problem was rampant throughout the Serving Him books as well, which I found even more irksome than all the grammatical mistakes combined. The authors are talented storytellers, but they really need to get a better editor because all these mistakes detract the reader from being engrossed in the story and submerged in the world they created.
Dominant alpha male with a mixed race submissive partner.
I enjoyed this storyline which kept me captivated throughout. I must admit I just say as a mixed race individual, I was somewhat uncomfortable with the whole solar or rather bdsm theme simply because as a woman of colour it's not my thing. Putting that aside I must say that Dominic never once treated Aleena like she was less than the beautiful woman she was which did the book justice. It also taught me about some of people's interests as well and for that I became more comfortable with the storyline, Thanks AR for dispelling this taboo.
The final book in this series was pretty good. I have to say though as hot as this book is I just don’t really enjoy bdsm sex scenes that are this hard core. Even if both parties are enjoying it in this fictional world it still feels disrespectful. I found myself skipping over them, when I usually re-read the good sex scenes. I really enjoyed Sylvia day’s crossfire series and I’ve read lots of these types of books and enjoyed them. This one pushed me a bit too far, similar to the violence in some of the mafia romances. Fair warning.
I did like the happy ending of it all but I felt like this last installment dragged on...and left some items slightly unresolved, what truly did happen with Penelope and Pence?? What was Jacquline's feelings on everything?? What happened with Koren or even the detective that Dominic was fond of, Jefferson I believe his name was. I feel like this last installment left a lot to be desired but I am happy that the series is over because it has quite a few volumes.
It’s beautiful and poignant. The credible characters with their conflicting emotions, doubts and flaws give a richness not often seen. Dominic is sexy, hot and all male. Aleena it’s beautiful and woman with a girly seductive style that makes her different from the traditional man eating seductress often portrayed as a the perfect partner to someone like Dominic. Fascinating...
I enjoyed this book which followed on from Serving Him. Dominic is a complex character who has suffered a major trauma in his life as a teenager. Aleena is an innocent small town girl and I loved how their relationship grew. I would love to see Fawna & Aleena’s Dad get together and did wonder why we never saw the outcome fully for Penelope & Mitchell ?? What actually happened to them would be good to see their comeuppance.
Dominic learns what love really is as Aleena leaves him he realises people an love you for just being you. Aleena always knew what love was and knew what she wanted Even with the up bringing Dominic had he had learned that you are who you make yourself not who brought you up.
Make sure you read Serving HIM before you read this book. Serving HIM is the beginning to this book's ending. The twists and turns continue in this book. One disappointment is the negative I incident that happened to Dominic was not resolved. Their were other things brought up that were resolved. Loved Carly Rose addition. Great read!
I choose this book because I've read some other books by M.S.Parker. Very intriguing stories that I love to loose myself in. Although some of the editing has errors of word placements; I thoroughly enjoy reading her stories. It's like it gets more tense as I read more of her books. I can definitely recommend this book for others to read.
This second chapter was beautiful, exciting and fun to read. Please continue to write with color representation. The story was well received and researched and I for one appreciated the honesty in the story. The hot stuff was icing on the cake. Can’t wait to read more. Need a story about Jefferson, the DA.
I loved reading this book, Dominic and Aleena went through a lot of trials and tribulations in their journey but in the end they both got what they wanted. I definitely recommend this book.
Honestly, I read this because I wanted to finish the series. There was way too many 'accidents' with other characters for my taste. Very happy with the ending though. Overall an ok book and good end to the series
This is the second and final part of Dominic and Aleena’s story. The book is about sex, trust, lies and betrayal. It continues to look further into Dominic’s past and we learn the truths behind the lies that have surrounded his world.
This is by far my favorite BSDM romance. I feel like in this one Aleena finds her footing in who she is. How strong she can without letting her past and his past dictate her. Dominic finds his happiness finally and making peace with his past.
Love the conclusion of the story. Brings everything around full circle, except for Jacqueline. Aleena and Dominic are great together, but like everyone else it needs work. Glad he realized that it wasnt just about her not trusting and started to trust himself.
I loved all the characters, but I need one more for closure! (As much as I hate that word). Need to know the finality of Penelope and Pence, his father, both his mothers & who kidnapped him!!! Oh yeah… and Emma!
I enjoyed the authors style of writing. Kept me engaged and wanting to read more. She didn’t include any extra fluff or irrelevant details and I appreciated that so much. Hot, sexy, intriguing, feel-good romance :)
The first set and this was how much could the authors throw at the couple. It was messy storyline. I am not sure how I felt but it's a little dark but then ligjt.
This is a continuation of the Serving HIM series. The book ties up all the ends of the previous series in a epilogue if you will. I enjoyed seeing how things go with Aleena and Dominic.
