This book disappointed me. While it does offer a thorough approach to treating and living with Fibromyalgia (relaxation, medication, diet, exercise, etc.), it struck me as a sales pitch for the author's detox and supplement products. This would be a much better resource for those who suspect they have Fibromyalgia than individuals diagnosed by a trusted, qualified physician. The author, in my opinion, presents in an accusatory manner towards medical providers with an air of skepticism of Fibromyalgia as a creditable diagnosis.
