Rhea is werewolf on the run from her pack when she meets Mason a Navy Seal looking for his sister.
Wile running Rhea meets Mason and they both start to feel the attraction pull. As a werewolf Rhea couldn't get to close to Mason because that will mean revealing her true nature.
Mason had his own secrets who should keep him away. He was looking for his sister and getting involved with Rhea was not in his plans.
They both tried to stay away but the more they fought their attraction the more circumstances pulled them together. The more time they spend together their feelings started to grow.
In the end Rhea and Mason, with the help of her brothers and their mates, manage to save Amy, Mason's sister and make a new like in Hawaii.
This is the second book that I am reading from Bethany Shaw. It was fast paced, enough action to keep me entertained and well written. There was an insta-lust between Mason and Rhea and one love scene which was not enough to get the character's chemistry. Because their attraction was told not felt (no kisses, hugs....innuendos) I didn't get a connection with Mason and Rhea.
There was a lot of time spent in the character's heads and not enough together. In the end saving Amy happened very fast and I wished for more action. Mason's transformation in a werewolf had me wanting for more.
If you are looking for a short shifter story, fast paced with a sweet HEA this is the book for you.

Intense
So much excitement, never sure what would happen next and the outcome might be extremely dangerous. So shifters, a little romance, and lots of action makes for a terrific book...oh what its a series!!

Rhea comes from a wolf pack that treats women like property. Her brothers save her from a lifetime of pain and they have all been on the run. While in Mexico, Rhea decides to get a job so she can get out of the house. Her brothers have their mates and she wants an escape. One night, she meets Mason who works at the bar as security. She feels a real pull towards him and the feelings are returned. They are both pretty secretive about their pasts. Rhea has not has any real experience with humans and is not sure how to have a relationship. They have to start revealing their secrets if they want to make anything work. It turns out a werewolf like Rhea can really help him with his mission.
Rhea is very young and naive is some ways. She tends to throw herself into everything and lead with her heart. Mason is more experienced in the world but has no knowledge of the others that exist in the world. Together, they make a great couple. He wants to protect her which she knows is based on his feelings for her but she doesn't want to be treated like a child. They have great chemistry.

"Fantastic steamy and suspenseful series!"
You will love this book!.
The characters are awesome. The story line is compelling. Rhea and her family have been on the run from their pack for a few years now. Moving from one town to another. They are in Cancun now and Rhea hopes they can finally settle down. Both of her brothers and sister has found their mates. So at night Rhea has to listen to them having sex all night long. Rhea decides to get a job at night so she does not have to hear them lol. After work she loves to run on the beach behind her job. One night she spots a man running behind her. She panics and runs faster. Finally she lets him catch up after all she is a she-wolf and can take care of herself. Mason is a navy seal he has come to Cancun to look for his missing sister Amy. He started working at Rhea's Job as security. He found Rhea's necklace and is trying to return it to her lol. When they meet there is instant attraction between the two. They visit then star seeing each other.
Only one night While out doing her run Rhea is attacked by a group of men. It turns out they are connected to the disappearance of Amy. Now this story gets super interesting!. You will love this suspenseful and steamy hot book!. It is a must read!

Rhea is Declan and Bray's baby sister, we're Werewolves that are still on the run from there Pack, her brothers knew that as soon as Rhea became of age that Pack was going to breed her, use and abuse her. That just wasn't going to happen as far as her brothers were concerned. They have been running to many cities. They all ended up in Cancun where Rhea ran on the beach every night and loved it. She decided to get a job and not tell her brothers. They were very protective of her and she wanted to get out of the loud house. Declan and Bray were newly mated so yes the house was very loud and Rhea didn't like it.
Mason Green, is a Navy Seal and human on leave in Cancun looking for his baby sister Amy who has been missing for three weeks now. When he saw Rhea he wanted her like he's never wanted anyone before, like looking for water in the desert, he had to have her. And the adventure begins. I got this Arc copy for an honest review and I enjoyed reading it so much that I am giving it 5 stars!
I enjoyed the way the author wrote the storyline and it was inspiring as well. She has a very creative imagination and makes her characters come to life and you feel their emotions and suffering.
Rhea and her brothers were wolf shifters and were running from their formal pack. Bray and Declan (Rhea 's. Brothers) didn't know that she had gotten a night job, so she could do something. Rhea worked at Garcia 's Restaurant as a waitress and that is how she met the cute guy Mason for he was the new security guard at work. Each had their own secret to hide from the other, but they still became good friends quick. Then there was some fighting some humans and wolf shifters against Rhea and her pack in order to rescue Amy who was Mason's younger sister! Now to find out what else happened well you're going to have to read the book and it is worth reading!

This is book four in the series and features Rhea, Bray and Declan's little sister and Mason a Navy Seal who is on leave looking for his sixteen year old sister who is missing. This time our wolves are living in Cancun and Rhea is gets a job at night so she doesn't have to be around the happy couples, the only problem is that her brothers don't know about the job. Mason is moonlighting as a security guard and sees Rhea walking home one night and offers her a ride home. The two quickly become friends and even though they are attracted to each other they both have reasons not to get to involved. When a group of men try to abduct Rhea, Mason comes to the rescue and learns her secret. Rhea wants to help Mason find his sister and her family gets involved to save her. Rhea also learns that she is not as "defective" as she believed and Mason showed her his love and devotion. This is a standalone with no cliffhanger and a HEA.

I really enjoyed the story. While short it keeps you glued till the end and still you want more.
Mason is such a hunky gorgeous kind man. Rhea is so sweet and innocent even after all she has gone through. Loved how they met while on the beach. I liked that they don't fiddle around what they are running from or to. Once the "dog" is out of the bag Rhea doesn't run from the truth or try to make Mason feel inferior. I loved that Mason kept to his mission and wasn't distracted or flipped out that he didn't accept Rhea.
I really enjoyed that Rhea's brothers were around to help and meet Mason. I know I am definitely getting the other books in the series.

I have thoroughly enjoyed every book by Bethany Shaw I have read thus far, this one included. The only thing I wish is that her books were longer. This one seemed to be over far too soon! I feel that there is so much more she could've included in this book. There are many instances that I think Shaw could've included more detail or story line. I would not have complained in the least if this book had a good chunk added to it; it wouldn't have been overkill or a cause for a loss of interest whatsoever. I think I would've become even that more involved with the story! I sincerely hope there is another book after this one, because I want to know what happens next! I haven't read books 1-3, but I definitely want to after having read this book (the 4th in the Wayward Wolves series)!

This is a well written book that is full of surprises with lots of twists and turns which makes it verying interesting. Rhea is a werewolf who is young, kind and nieve. She is on the run from her pack with her brothers and their mates. They just moved to a new city Cancun. Rhea loves running on the beach. While she is on the beach running she meets a human man named Mason. Mason is in Cancun looking for his little sister. Mason is loyal, strong and determined. Will there friendship grow? Will Mason find his sister? Mason and Rhea will take you on an exhilarating, passionate and dangerous ride. This is a great read and I really enjoyed Mason and Rhea's story. I definitely think if you like shifter and romantic books with lots of adventure you will enjoy this book too!

I loved this story. Rhea a wolf shifter was destined to a lifetime of sexual slavery if she stayed in her pack, so her brother's who were pack enforcers, helped her to escape and went on the run. They met up with others and both brothers took and turned humans as mates and they all ended up in Cancun. At work, Rhea meets Mason -a human with secrets. He is a Navy Seal working undercover to find his little sister who had gone missing. Trying to protect Rhea, he is bitten and begins to turn into a wolf shifter. Eventually the family pack assist Mason in the attempt to rescue his sister. Danger, excitement and romance - this book has it all

This is a nice quick read, that is very enjoyable. I was hooked from the start. This is another great shifter story from Bethany Shaw. It can be read as a stand alone but the other characters you read about fave their own stories too, that you don't want to miss. These characters have great chemistry and you want everything to work out for them. Rhea and her family are on the run and never can stay in one place to long. She meets Mason who has his own dilemma he is trying to solve but gets a little sidetracked with Rhea. Can they make it work and keep everyone safe? This love story is full of suspense and keeps you hooked until the end. I was given an ARC for a fair and honest review.

Bethany Shaw has a great new book to add to her Wayward Wolves series. Rhea finds her mate in Mason, but he's human and he's in Cancun looking for his sister Amy who has disappeared. Can Rhea and Mason find her before the island wolves find them ? Great storyline, good characters, some back story from the first three books, but can definitely be read as a stand alone. I recommend it to anyone who likes paranormal romance and werewolves. 4 ☆'s for a really good read. My only problem with it is I wish it were longer. I received a gifted copy in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

There are monsters everywhere and Mason's sister has been taken by some of them. He has many versatile attributes but believing in monsters much less hunting them is just a touch outside his repertoire. In steps Rhea with a mountain of troubles of her own. Can she overcome her fears to help Mason rescue his little sister? You're going to have to read the book to find out!

I do so love this series. The characters are well developed and with each book they become more and more developed. The suspense and danger that hangs over them and lurks around the corners and shadows appeals to me a great deal. So far everyone has had a HEA and I can't wait to see what happens next as this newly forming pack settles in and keeps growing.

A nice, fast paced, enjoyable read. if you're a fan of shifter or paranormal I think you would enjoy this book. Rhea is still on the run with her brothers from the pack. Things are going well, but a human, Mason enters her life. Mason his on his own mission and soon finds out what other creatures exist. Loved the chemistry between Mason and Rhea. A couple twists in this one.

Loved it. Starts out getting you excited right away and then goes to mystery and love. Great ending. Didn't see that coming and it was great. I recommend it. “I received a copy of this book in exchange for a review”.

I enjoy this book to the point that I would like to read more of Rhea and Mason's story. Rhea along with her family/ pack seem to be on the run to a new and better life . Enter Mason, will he be the one to give her the bright future she desires and deserves?

I received this in exchange for an honest review. I thought this book was great! Rhea is a werewolf, Mason is a human and they are fantastic.This story is so full of action and has twists that make it very interesting. It also is steaming hot! I definitely recommend this as a great read.
