Easy to read and understand format. Great information on which EPs to use and how they work. Includes different modes of delivery. Inhalation, topical, lotion, etc. Plus recipes.

This wee book had some good ideas and fairly clear instructions on essential oils and their uses.
A quick read and I will be passing on some of the ideas to my daughter as granddaughter is an asthma sufferer.

So going to try these!!!
I suffer from allergies and sinusitis. Most over the counter meds leave me drowsy or too dried out. I was happy to find this book and can't wait to see how they work.

It was OK. Towards the end, it turned into a commercial to buy the author's brand of oils under him, so I wasn't that impressed.

Good information. Except it is mainly a Young Living ad.
It has a few recipes that are appreciated. Examples include: rubs and lotion for eczema, a diffuser recipe for allergies, roller bottle recipes for rash relief, nasal inhaler recipes for allergy symptoms, and a couple others. There are maybe a total of 15-20 recipes in all. It includes basic information about essential oils that are effective in treating allergies.
Much of what is in this short "booklet" can be found with a simple internet search. The last 25-30% of the book is advertising Young Living oils with a direct link to purchase. Young Living is not the only reliable source for high quality therapeutic grade essential oils, although they are one of the two most expensive multi-level marketing companies.
I would have appreciated more information and recipes, and a lot less advertising for a specific company in an effort to generate sales.

Lots of information with basic, easy to understand recipes and instructions on what to use them for and how. Also includes a recommendation from the author and advertising for a company that sells the oils and other supplies.
