Master The Mind Monkey: Experience Your Excellence gently guides you into indepth levels of understanding of the mind and the tricks it plays. It makes it very practical and applicable in one’s professional and personal life.
The book is full of examples, FAQs and anecdotes that we can easily relate to. It bridges the gap between understanding and practical applicability.
According to me majority of the contents are something a child starts learning from 11th in his/her business studies or organisational behavior as it may be called. We cannot call it as learning something new. These are the factors many of us know and experience about. What happens in most of the organisation is there is no consensus among the employees. Such "workshops" will bring in about change in the working ambiance. By reading the book, I do not find much enhancement to professional life. The FAQ style is not that attractive.
Overall its an OK-OK book. Did not meet my expectations I had by reading "about the book" and reviews.
