Doesn't that cover looks simply delicious ? I choose to read this one because I received the next book as a review copy and I wanted to stay "in line" and wow ... let me tell you the story is as delicious as the cover promises. I am pretty sure - if you like RockStar novels you will inhale this one - enjoy

Yeah for a Rocking Rocker Romance!
I've completely jumped out of my usual books, I do this once in a while, keeps my reading matter fresh. Seeing as I review so many books per year.
This is a really powerful rocking romance.
You can map your life out as well as you can, know what you would like to be when you get older, what you would like to achieve, sometimes its a direct route and sometimes life's path have deviations. But you can still get to your journey in the end.......

This hot hot hot HOT sexy Irish beast.
He is the lead in Everything After the one that girls flock too.
He IS the rock star persona.
Nora and Killian couldn't be more different.
But ya know....all it takes is just one moment in time.

That’s what I want! A hot rock star romance with an uptight, OCD, career driven journalist and a bus full of crazy bandmembers! I loved every page of this book! This is the first time I have read anything by this author and let me tell you it won’t be my last. I am reading this first book in the series, as the second book is being released 1/13/17.
Nora has her dream job working for SMASH Magazine, a premiere music magazine. She is driven, compulsive and focused. She has the opportunity of a lifetime being on tour with the up and coming band, Everything After. She knows nothing about them, until she listens to them before boarding her plane to meet the band. She can’t believe the magic they are making with their music and falls in love with their sound.
Once she meets the band she is blown away by their dynamics! They are like a family and tease each other constantly. Chester, goes by Chet, is the drummer and a goofball. He always travels with his girlfriend, Kate. Aiden is the bass player and he is the quiet one. Gabe plays guitar and is the charmer. Killian is the lead singer and plays guitar. Nora knows she’s in trouble with Killian’s Irish accent, his smooth voice, and his gorgeous face. He is also a womanizer just like Gabe.
This is a fun and heartbreaking story. The chemistry is electric, but the scenes are tastefully done and not explicit. The story moves along at a good steady pace and it’s old in dual point of view. It isn’t insta-love, it gradually builds and Nora tries to keep things professional, but her feelings for Killian can’t be pushed aside. There are laugh out loud moments and there are a few times where I got a knot in my throat. This story takes you on a great journey for the two months the band is touring. There are a lot of antics from the band that truly kept me entertained.
I really loved this story, I was overdue for a good old rock star romance! I won’t tell you anymore as I want the reader to go on tour with the band. I highly recommend this book.

Nora’s dream of being a top music journalist finally lands in her lap after years of hard work. Even with the short notice, she jumps at the chance at following an up and coming rock group on their tour. She might seem impervious to their rocker appeal, but as we all know, women love musicians. There is just something about a man who can rock the mic or an instrument that hypnotizes us into submission at a rock concert. Well, that and maybe the enormous amounts of alcohol you consume at a concert, but I digress. Everything is fine in Nora-land until the front man of the group she’s following shatters her resolve.
Killian is a lady’s man. Well, maybe not as bad as his other bandmates, but still rocker/sex god. His presence on stage could melt the panties off a nun. He’s a love’em and leave’em kind of guy until he sees Nora in the elevator of their hotel. This woman puts a spell on him without even a single touch. Watching in the crowd as they performance becomes almost an addiction for him. She doesn’t know what kind of affect she has on him and her nearly celibate vow is going to destroy all the resolve he has to his non-commitment mantra. What’s a rock god to do?
Everything After is a fantastic book that is perfectly paced. Toppen teases you as the story progresses with what may come between these two characters. Being my first book by Toppen, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I literally loved it. Like hide away at work to read more kind of love. It’s a different kind of rocker romance and honestly, I am glad that it was. Everything After is rocker genius. Now, Melissa. I just need you to write more!! I need more Killian and Nora… like stat!

This was my first Melissa Toppen book and definitely not my last! She killed it and had me hooked from the start.
Nora, a striving to be musical journalists, lands an opportunity to sky rocket her career! She's going on tour with a hot male band for a couple of months. What she doesn't know is how she'll juggle her potential career and heart at the same time! Nora, is smart, funny and musically gifted and loves her career path and won't stop at anything to be the best she can be. She's like most of us woman, afraid to let go and see where the ride takes us.
Killian....oh sex on a musical stick! The lead singer of Everything After, who've just landed their first big tour gig gets to have a journalist be up in their business to write an article about them. He is you're typically take what any woman throws at him, yet has a big heart and can't understand what it is that had Nora front and center in his world. Killian is too juggling the life of the sexy musician and only having eyes for possibly one woman. He's closed off and let's see if Nora is able to pull those layers back but by bit.
This book didn't disappoint. I was hooked and could not put it down! The sex scenes and tender moments are amazing! Plus add the mouthy bad boy group of Everything After and you've got yourself a great novel!
Fingers crossed she turns this into a series or read each one as a standalone. Can't wait to explore Melissa Toppen's collection!

I was given this book for an honest review. I can honestly say that, I couldn’t wait to read this book by this author. I always enjoying reading a rock romance, but when I knew she was writing this book, I couldn’t wait to see how this book turned out.
This is the story of Nora who just finished college and landed her dream a job at Star Magazine. We’ve got Killian HOT rocker who is coming up in the charts with his band. I loved the chemistry they shared with each other and I just felt pulled into their story. I did enjoy the banter the other band members had with Nora but that they was just down to earth. This story had from the beginning with each page; I couldn’t wait to see what happens with them. In this story you get the drama that comes along with being a rocker and the girl they are seeing. Plus you get the HOT sex scenes that pulled you in that you could feel the scene itself. I’m looking forward to see if we get more of Nora and Killian, I feel there story is not done yet. I want to know what happens with them. I can’t wait to see what story’s the other bandmates have. I loved the secondary characters in this book they made it good along with the main characters in this book. This is a standalone with a HEA, but before that can happen they will see the ups and downs this couple goes through to finally be together.
I’ve read all of Author Melissa Toppen books and I’ve never been disappointed in her writing. She will always be an author that I will one click her next book that comes out. Take a chance on this book and you’ll not be disappointed in what you read. You’ll want more of this couple like, I did.

I like a all kinds of books but one of my top 3 is rocker books and this book didn't disappoint.
I felt everything that these two characters went through. I love how Toppen kept us on toes and how Nora fought her attraction for Killian.
Nora life has always been mapped out. She has always known where and when her life is going until she meets Killian.
Killian is the front man for Everything After. He is a lady's man. That is until he see Nora in the elevator. He makes a vow to be celibate but it's about to kill him. So what is He suppose to do?

Beautiful story! A dead inside, rock star and a shy, introverted music journalist struggle to find meaning in the rigid, empty lives they face everyday. Killian and Nora are extreme opposites. Killian lives a fast and loose rock-style life while Nora controls every fiber of her life through lists, plans and schedules. Nora also has a huge problem with all the women who drape themselves over Kilian like they own him. Is there a future for these two? (eBook edition)

Her carefully laid out plans are finally coming to fruition. Well that was until she met Killian Adair. He is a rock and sex god. He makes her feel things she has never felt before. He pushes her out of her comfort zone. She needs to stop the feelings she has before she loses her job.
Killian Adair had a horrible childhood. He uses women and booze to drown out his feelings. Being a rock star definitely has it perks when it comes to that. His life has been running smoothly until a beautiful journalist kicks his heart into overdrive. He has never been interested in a woman for more than sex, but Nora makes him want more. He just has to find the courage to take a chance.
This is a great rock’n’roll love story. Killian is to die for; just one look from him and your panties could melt right off! Nora is great as well; she is not a weak pushover. She knows what she wants and works hard to get it.
I definitely recommend this book to read for someone looking for a sexy, lighthearted, rock god romance!

Ok so anyone that knows me knows that rockers are one of my all time favorite books to read. And this one lived up to my expectations now it didn't blow me out of the water but it was a very very good read and I would definitely recommend it and I can't wait to read the rest of the series. Nora is a strong driven and goal oriented woman who believes once you've since one rock star you've seen them all but there is just something so different about Killian. I mean he is hot and that touch of Irish accent what girl wouldn't melt but there is something else there that brings all her vulnerabilities to the forefront. And Killian is a strong confident guy whose not out for the fame but just out for the love of the music. He's not cocky but he has no trouble getting girls and really doesn't care what they think about him but something about Nora and he worries about what she does. He's never been awkward around a girl before and she brings out his vulnerabilities and I love that in a guy!! Getting to know these two together and their backstory was great. The side characters just brought the whole story to completion. It was funny,romantic and dramatic all in one story. I just wish there was more to the ending than what was there but overall it was a great book and worth reading and I recommend it. And looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

This books a really great and what I like in a really quick read, which shows the standard of the writing to make it seem like the book was over in minutes. The story was similar to others I have read before but seemed to have alot more depth and feels to it.
Killan and Nora were absolutely great together and the chemistry that they tried to fight was completely undeniable and just flowed from the pages. I love that it wasn't all million pounds and posh hotels. It was real and raw and I loved all the other characters that featured in this book. Please let there be more from them all.
A great read for me and a huge recommendation. Melissa Toppen is a new author for me but one I will read again that's almost certain

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Love everything about this story the way it pull you in and keeps flowing with the chemistry between Nora and Killian. Can't wait to read more amazing books from future projects.

Nora Brandt has been given the job of a lifetime; she gets to follow the band Everything After on tour. She is a journalist for a music magazine and she has the task of writing about the band.
Her carefully laid out plans are finally coming to fruition. Well that was until she met Killian Adair. He is a rock and sex god. He makes her feel things she has never felt before. He pushes her out of her comfort zone. She needs to stop the feelings she has before she loses her job.
Killian Adair had a horrible childhood. He uses women and booze to drown out his feelings. Being a rock star definitely has it perks when it comes to that. His life has been running smoothly until a beautiful journalist kicks his heart into overdrive. He has never been interested in a woman for more than sex, but Nora makes him want more. He just has to find the courage to take a chance.
This is a great rock’n’roll love story. Killian is to die for; just one look from him and your panties could melt right off! Nora is great as well; she is not a weak pushover. She knows what she wants and works hard to get it.
I definitely recommend this book to read for someone looking for a sexy, lighthearted, rock god romance!

This book was amazing, as always with Melissa. The story of Killian and Nora is amazing.
Both main characters were really well developed and as I read I felt like I was truly seeing a piece of their lives.
Nora's character really evolved into a strong bad ass woman who learned what she deserved, but also learned she could be happy in work and personal life.
Killian's character went through an entirely different transformation. As I read I loved and hated him so much at different times. I have to say a one point I did truly hate him, he broke Nora, and I feared it was irreparable. But, Melissa would never do that to her readers.
They do get there HEA and I am so glad they did. Both Killian and Nora grew leaps and bounds in this story but their development was never cheated in any way. Melissa captured each part of their growth and brought me into the story. I would recommend this book.

It´s a rollercoaster of feelings. After an epic fight and fall out, Nora leaves the tour and goes back home.
At the last concert both realize love is everything- he wrote a song only for her. They get their HEA.
This book is really well written and I enjoyed greatly reading it.

Good Rocker Romance
I admit it, rocker romance is a favorite of mine. For some reason, I've had this book and sequel in my tbr for literally years. I've read books by this author and enjoyed them but totally forgot I had these. Kicking myself! I really enjoyed this one and I will be reading the next one soon.
When music journalist gets her big break at the music magazine she writes for, it means she has to go on tour for two months with a band who is about to become super stars. Nora meets lead singer Killian and is smitten pretty early on. He is too but is carrying around a bunch of baggage. Anything can happen in two months. It was a fun and at times emotional read. I thought it was well written with good dialogue. The other members of the band each stood out as great secondary characters, as did the groups manager and Nora's roommate.
Recommended to adult rocker romance readers.

Killian cheats TWICE!!!! Kissing an old F buddy and Nora walks in and sees. Then he gets drunk and brings a woman home to have sex in the bunk under hers on the tour bus while Nora is there! OMG! She leaves but forgives him. Doormat. No excuse. When the other band mates pull Killian out of the bunk with the girl he says he does care if she's there or not, he wants to have sex with the groupie. I just can't... cheater. What happens next time he gets upset??? Never, I can't even imagine taking him back. Ugh, and she blames herself!!!!! TSTL!

I've read several Melissa Toppen books, but this one fell a little flat for me. I want to start by saying it wasn't a bad book, it just didn't have a deep enough story for my liking---lacking character conflict and angst. The book would've benefitted from hearing more of Killian's childhood since it caused him so much sadness. I was looking for more character development from Killian and Nora.
I'm going to read Everything in Between, Gabe's story, because I enjoyed his character from Everything After.

I like it
I like the story its a little different than most. I really didn't like Killian because he just played a game with her and didn't listen to her fears and treated women terrible. He was messing around with women before he started going after her. He never put himself in her place when he did something that hurt. Glad it ended well and she wasn't the one to apologize cause to me he was the one who owed her.

Its good
I liked the story but would have liked more of his point of view. Especially when he made decisions that caused problems. Especially when he felt jealous over her why he discounted her feelings when he over stepped. Its not like he pushed the girl away nor told her he wasn't interested in her. He instead told Sidney he had no girl. If he hadn't sat next to her nothing would have happened. Hope there is more on the band.

Love, love, love this book!!
Wow! This is a wonderful, well written, heartwarming and sexy love story! I love the relationship between Nora and Killian!! She is a little OCD but learns to just let go. He is the typical rock star. Together, they are magic!!

This one was totally unexpected. I would have liked a little more details on certain aspects, but overall it was a great story. Lots of drama and ups and downs, but it all evened out with the great writing and story. Would love to see more of Killian and Nora.
