Virtually Strangers

Rate this book
Christina has spent many lonely years living in the background while her husband throws his heart and soul into his hobbies, but when Andy introduces her to Virtuality, she realises how mundane her real life has become. Sinking deeper and deeper into her new virtual life as an erotic dancer gives Christina a focus that soon overwhelms her real life, leaving her with emotional baggage and tough decisions. Falling in love with a virtual stranger was never part of her game plan, but David's charismatic persona wins her heart by providing her with the companionship that was absent from her marriage. Struggling to cope with her guilt or face up to her problems, Christina is faced with no option other than to run away.

Wow, this was a lovely story... I read this in one setting, wanted to know what's happening next!

We meet Christina who's been married to Andy for 24 years, He's always on his laptop being an avid blogger about science-fiction... He's got an obsession with this... Christina being a bored 45 year old woman decided to check out Virtuality to pick up a hobby of her own... Next thing she's in Newbie-Village.... entered an dance contest where she won, they offered her a job as a virtual exotic dancer with her husband's blessing...

After 6 months of being a virtual dancer, she meets David who just recently joined in Newbie-Village and got on really well, their friendship was blossoming to the point where Christina who is Crystal in Virtuality world was developing feeling for David while everything around her in reality was crumbling around her, She decided a break from both worlds, she wrote a letter to her husband telling him that she needs space to figure things out, which he respects her wishes & he will be there for her when she comes home...

Gonna leave it there... if you want to know what decision she makes? Then I highly recommend in picking this story up & find out for yourself :)
