Just when you thought you were all generalized up from the real estate transaction general you step up and get a taste of the real estate transaction residential and if you`re at all like me you'll be super eager to just get through all of this and not have to read anymore text books... yeah. Sometimes they can be interesting but more often than not they`re super dry and pretty brutal. I've encountered better text books... but I've also encountered much, much worse text books so this gets a pass in my book. blog I mean. It'd be cool if they had more case studies and... no it wouldn`t. Nevermind. Keep it all the same and just keep turnin' 'em out.
Not bad. Test was a lil' difficult and lot's of arbitrary memorization. Are lots required to be set back 5, 7 or 10 feet? I mean, it'd be nice to have that memorized and what else are they going to test you on but still. Also the whole real estate industry tends to make shit acronyms. Most of the time they don`t adhere to typical rules of creating acronyms. They`ll pick random letters from the middle of the words to spell something stupid. I think it`s shameful! That`s why they lost a star.
