Shadow the Black Cat: A Thanksgiving Story About Gratitude
Everyone in Pumpkin Hollow keeps saying "I'm thankful!" — but Shadow the black cat doesn't know what thankful feels like.
With help from Willa Witch and Pip the ghost, Shadow counts his blessings from 1 to 10: cozy blankets, steaming cocoa, pumpkin pies, and good friends. And when he shares his harvest feast with a lonely scarecrow, he finally discovers gratitude's warm glow for himself.
Shadow the Black A Thanksgiving Story About Gratitude is a gentle rhyming Thanksgiving tale about thankfulness and sharing, with cozy watercolor illustrations, a 1-to-10 counting adventure, and 12 hidden acorns for little readers to find. Perfect for bedtime read-alouds all November long.
