Actually found it interesting and loved writing out the sample mock deals.

So generic! It was the most generalized of the three with similar titles. The least important of all of the books! Read it though. or don't. Who cares?! I did. And I`m better for it! Sure I am. I can assure you one thing, if you read this book, you will have a generalized knowledge of real estate transactions. Just like the title says. You gotta respect that. It`s also long. I think it`s the biggest book of all of them. Huzzah for reading!
