This is an epic cookbook. It is extremely large with a LOT of recipes. Perfect. That's exactly what you want along with beautiful photos of each dish. What more could I want? There is a variety of different cuisine styles with Teresa's own touch. For the most part, the dishes are the healthier version of their original. The dishes have a very comfort food aspect which is really rice to make at home in large batches. Several of the recipes have become staples in my family. Despite the book being extremely large, half of the recipes are actually drinks. Various types of hot drinks, juices, smoothies and even home made milks. It's impressive to be honest but making your own almond milk is a enormous hassle for the product. A ridiculous excuse, I know. Possibly the worst part of the recipes in this book is that there are way too many ingredients. It's not easy to get some of the recipes even started without skipping a quarter of the ingredients. Even worse is that some of the ingredients are exclusive products or mixes by Teresa. God I hate that.
