Waste of Time
I didn't even finish this second book, the writing sounds like a 14 year old horny punk wrote it. Way too much cussing, predictable "plot" and unrealistic sex that overloads the sorry excuse for dialog. Please don't waste your time.

This little novella... picks right up where the first book left off and continues on with the same jam packed action and raw hot chemistry....
This time Jake shows more of his sweet side as he continues to woo Addi....
And it's only so long before she gives in but on her terms.... and her terms are has hot as hell ..... even though they aren't something I normally enjoy reading but this time I couldn't put the book down....
Once again this book will leave you in need of a cold shower and wet panties...
Mr Wilson and Ms Storm really know how to create a hot, sexy world which draws you in and keeps you needing more and more....
I cannot wait for volumes three and four and finally have the whole story.... because Jake and Addi are a explosion waiting to happening....

Jake 2 picks up right where Jake left off. Its clear Jake feels something more for Addi than his normal conquests. Exactly WHAT he feels remains unknown at this point. But reading through this installment the small changes to his normal routines were obvious and a man like Jake would only make those adjustments for someone he cared about, in some way.
If I could I would have high five'd Addi near the end of the book, but then the actual ending had me a tiny bit confused and scared that things have been misinterpreted and that will become a serious setback for Addi & Jake.
I'm really enjoying this series so far. Yes, Jake comes off as being just a complete shallow ho of a man and it makes it seem that there is no character to the main character. But I must keep reading to see if that perception can be changed, I have a feeling it will be. :-)

I did not finish this book, I'm probably 75% through and I just can't keep reading. I give it 3 stars.
I love Hilary Storm and Jake Wilson but this book is not my cup of tea.
I love tattoos and I like Addi but there is something about having so much sex with so many women that just doesn't sit well with me. I also didn't like the F word which was used a lot! It just made me dislike this book more.
I want to know Addi's story more and see if Jake will stop manwhoring around but I won't find out because I didn't finish the book.
I will say Addi's dominant ways was surprising.

You will need to read book one to follow in book two as it picks up where book one left off. Jake is hot and sexy and has his eyes set on Addi who works for Jake’s brother. She is so much more than just a conquest, but the shallow Jake begins to change as he develops feelings for her. Addi is a strong and independent woman. She is what seems like a perfect match to Jake’s personality. The Yin to this Yang, but Jake tries to deny any attachment to Addi. He knows it, as a reader I knew it, but Jake has to get it into his thick head. There are tons of laughs and hot scenes in this book. Do you want to know what happens between the Jake and Addi? Guess you will have to pick up your copy and read it.

I really want to be a supporter for Jake and his co-writing, but I had some issues with this book.
I felt it was very cliché and as an author myself, this is a huge no-no that my editors are always correcting. It makes the substance in the book seemed highly predictable and very cheesy.
I also felt this book read as an autobiography, which I hope isn't the truth, because it's pretty shallow feeling.
I truly understand that people are, or can be proud of the road they've traveled in life and how they got there, but I really am not sure I enjoyed reading about the gym rat persona. 90% of the population isn't in the best shape (myself included) and constantly reading about leg, arm and chest day, is bit of overkill, adding to the cheesiness as mentioned before.
I truly respect the attempt at writing and definitely encourage the continuation, but the substance in the book needs to improve as you go along.
I look forward to seeing the next installment!

After reading Jake 1 I tried so hard to guess who wrote what part between these two awesome authors. I thought I had it sussed but this book has left me guessing all over again!! I absolutely love the complexity of the character Jake, there is so much more to him than people, especially Addi thinks and we saw more of these complexities in book 2 and I am sure we will see even more as the series continues. I am still on the fence about Addi but I think that is because she isn't treating Jake perfectly, however her love for Jax and Brutus are redeeming qualities. I totally squealed in a totally fan girl way when the new character Golden was introduced, I'm already looking forward to knowing more about his character. Congratulations Hilary and Jacob for a wonderful book, yet again, from the awesome cover, to the last word, you have rocked it. I easily award this book 5 stars~ Rosie

I was so excited when I got a hold of Jake 2, especially after Jake 1. With the anticipation I had after reading Jake 1 my expectation were HIGH! And boy did Hilary and Jacob deliver! I started to really like Addi. She is a tough, independent woman. The fact that she can keep Jake on his toes is an added bonus. This time around Jake starts to realize that as many times as he says he just wants Addi in his bed, that he MAY really want more. So is there more to Jake that we aren’t seeing yet? Will Addi start seeing what we all see in Jake and finally give in? Well, we won’t really know quite yet since their story is being continued….again.
I am intrigued to know what parts Hilary wrote and what parts Jacob wrote. For having two writers, these books are seamless. As usual, I cannot wait to see book 3 and see what happens next for Jake and Addi.

Jake Volume Two is a continuation from number one. Book one intrigued me, book two hooked me!!
Our Addi is a dark horse!!! Woah…….loved that lady in Jake Volume Two! *Girl Crush!*
We had more fights, domination, insanely hot sex but with added feelings thrown in.
Once again we hear the story from Jake’s point of view…….
” I do save her from any gas I’d usually rip. I do have some class”
…….which once again I thoroughly enjoyed. Jake’s relationship, with his dog Brutus was great! Man’s best friend!

Book 2 picks up where book 1 left off. Jake can't get Addi out of his head. He is slowly starting to change as his attraction to Addi build. He still isn't sure what he feels. Addi knows what Jake is, but she feels something for him. She is determined to stay in control of the relationship which makes for a smoking hot scene.
You have to read the first book to follow along. Addi had something or someone in her past that makes her afraid of stepping out. Jake is determined to convince Addi to trust him. He isn't used to women telling him no much less take control in the bedroom. This part redeems itself after the first book. I can't wait to see where it is going. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

OMG!!! Hilary Storm and Jacob Wilson are phenomenal writing together!! Volume 2 of Inked Brothers picks up where volume 1 left. You absolutely must read book 1 first in order to follow Jake and Addi's story. Storm and Wilson have created an epic series!! You will burn through this volume and be drooling for more! I definitely NEED MORE of Jake!
In this installment we see a softer side of Jake in his attempt to further seduce Addi. Addi's take charge attitude, has given me a serious girl crush!! She definitely knows how to control the situation!! See the sparks fly in the continuation of Jake (Vol 2)!

Volume 2 picks up right where 1 ends. Addi and Jake have a fun, sexy banter between them. When Jake finds out the meaning behind her tattoo he’s determined to find the object that means so much to her. Addi keeps herself aloof determined to keep Jake at an arm’s distance for the sake of her business relationship with Jake’s brother. When Addi decides to give in to Jake’s advances, she decides it will be on her terms.
Addi’s terms were HOT! To see her take control of the Alpha was exciting. Everytime I get into the story it ends and I want to scream because I want more! Fabulous volume. Can’t wait to see what happens between Addi and Jake next!

I loved this installment even more if possible. Jake Wilson wants Addi, and is totally up for the challenge she presents. Addi Woods doesn't deal with men like Jake anymore, as she knows he has the power to hurt her if she lets him. So she keeps him at arm's length, and he's upping his game.
The most exciting thing is watching Jake's development, as he chases Addi. It makes the character development spot on. The story line packs a great punch, and is highly addictive. Jake 2 is another fast paced read that flows smoothly. Warning: DO NOT READ in a public place as it's SCORCHIN' HOT, and will ruin your panties! The next part to this story CANNOT COME quickly enough!

Brutus is feeling better and Jake is still after Addi. Between gift shopping and partying these two are busy. She is fighting the need for him and he just tries harder...

Well, Jake 2 definitely doesn't disappoint!
I don't know who wrote what parts of this book between Hilary Storm & Jacob Wilson, but I have to say, the 2 of their minds working together on this series is quite ingenious!
Jake is still vying to get Addi. The co-owner of the club with his brother. She's playing hard ball and he doesn't understand why. He's not use to hearing the word NO from a woman. But, with some kind of skittish past, he is bound and determined to break through her barriers and get her in bed. What he gets handed to him is not at all what he expects... "f****** bacon"

I am absolutely loving this series. Hilary and Jake are an amazing team. This has been one smoking hot series with lots of laughs, O.M.G. moments, and plenty of off the chart panty melting scenes. Hilary can make you fall in love with all of her characters and Addi is no exception. I am totally girl crushing on her right now. Addi is a badass independent women who makes sure Jake works hard to get her into bed. When these two finally come together it is beyond hot! I can't wait to see what happens between these two!

The Inked Brothers series keeps getting better with each word that passes. Hilary Storm and Jacob Wilson are two writing machines. I am enjoying the continuation of Jake and Addi. We get to see a softer side of Jake, a new character (which is fabulous) and Addi's side of what she wants in the bedroom. The scenes in Jake 2 are very entertaining and hot and I am not just talking about in the bedroom. Hilary Storm and Jacob Wilson are taking us on one hell of a journey. With two more books coming I will be waiting patiently to continue this ride. Love this series!

The second volume of Jake picks up where Jake Part One ended. This book is even hotter and sexier than the first. It's kind of like Fifty Shades of Grey with a twist.
I don't want to say too much about this volume and give any spoilers. But I will say that I was shocked by Addi in this volume and OMG was it HOT!!
Once again the writing is flawless. This volume did end with a bit of a cliff hanger but it's so amazing! I cannot wait for the next volume to release. I would recommend this series to anyone who likes erotica. Jake is HOT!!!

This was a very good read, and I cannot wait until the third book is released. Jake is never phased by a woman until Addi comes along there is something about her that won't stop him from trying to get to her. She plays hard to get, and you can tell by the tone of the book and a few comments that were made that Addi hasn't had it easy in life. She definitely has some secrets hiding in that bedroom of hers that I did not expect, seeing a woman play that dominant role is very enticing. Cannot wait to see what 3 and 4 have in store!

I've been in a mood where what I've been reading hasn't been doing it for me and jake 2 has got me back into my book groove I've been reading again if you haven't read Jake 1 I would recommend you staring there as book 2 picks up right where book one leaves off I would give it 10stars if I could but I can only do 5 so that's what it got from me I can't wait for the next book with Hil and Jake a writing team Thea's two don't disappoint

Well, I'm not sure where to start. It's a short, quick read. But I want more, more substance, more story, it leads you to more in coming books, but I hope it's not to far in between that we forget the characters and where they left off.
Good start for the first collaboration. Hopefully more build up of what comes between them next, it's just a cut and dry kinda POV. Over all I liked it.

This picks up right where book 1 leaves off, so if you haven't read book one you have to do that first. It's full of HOT steamy sex. Will Jake continue with his whoreish ways or will he eventually change. When it comes to Jake one will never know. He has his eyes set on Addi. Addie is part owner of the bar with Jakes brother Jax. Addi may show Jake up in the bedroom. Read more to find out what happens. Looking forward to reading more of Jake.

Omg I loved Jake volume 1 and volume 2 was just as HOT. Man whore at his fine assness. Loved this book regardless. Can't wait for more from these 2. Jake 2 picks right up where Jake left off
This book was about twice as good as Jake in my opinion.. You get to see some depth to Jake. You see how he is willing to actually work on gaining Addi's trust, instead of her just being a conquest of his. Again, this book read too fast for me, haha! I will be watching for what's next!

I'm sorry. I really wanted to love this series, but no can do. You can't even call it a series when it's just one book chopped into sections. I absolutely adore Jacob Wilson, but this is so dry. Pretty much hated the first book and talked myself into giving #2 a shot. I can say that I won't be bothering with the rest.

Hilary Storm & Jacob Wilson continue to surprise in their Inked Brothers Series. Jake:Volume 2 provides more steamy scenes, an unexpected revelation from Addi, and even an "Awww" moment from Jake.
Two more volumes are in the works and I can't wait to see how this series wraps up!
