Do not read

This book is disgusting horrifically racist....poisonous hatred of catholics..he uses facts that are either twisted to agree with this deal or are just untrue....his assessments and conclusions are at best clutching at straws at worst the rantings of a delusional mind......this book is not interesting it's sick racist .fascist..propaganda of the worst sort.......the only reason I have it one star is because they wouldn't let me post with no stars...

Should be required reading for all christians

Really well researched book. 30% of the book were citations. A little bit tilted towards Americans versus an international reader base however overall message is relevant to all christians. This is the second book by the same writer which I have read.
