Valuable lessons which can be applied to any type of learning not just musical instruments. Applies to all levels but particularly relevant to those who are starting out, returning or want to improve.
Would be useful for tutors too to add to the quiver of tuition techniques.
Easy to dip in and out of as well as useful to refer back to.
