If you answered “yes” for any of the question then this book have some insights for you . The core idea of the book is using “wrong until right” approach instead of the conservative methodology that has been taught to us of being right until proven wrong . It means when we start developing a product with our assumptions and data currently available we also assume that we are right in all the phases . But we should also anticipate the fact that we could be wrong too and make room for continuous improvement .

The book can be split into two sections - why agility is need of the hour and how agility can be utilized along with “wrong until completely right” approach as an envelope. He explains about the C.E.O.S (Customer , Employee , Organization , Other Stakeholders) concept of how each lever is indispensable for a business and how affecting one lever can have an impact in the business as a whole. A detailed explanation has been provided of successfully executing “The Total Business Success Model by Dr . O’ Connor” of how to retain sustainability and growth considering factors - Strategy ,Culture , People , Processes and Systems.

A New Paradigm for Understanding and Successfully Managing Change

In this book, Mike Russell presents what for many is a completely new way of approaching the entire subject of change management - continually course-correcting in order to hit what is most often, in today's rapidly changing world, a moving target. He gives examples that are thought-provoking and challenges the reader with action steps to turn the ideas and concepts into successful reality in their business or organization. Definitely a must-read for anyone in a leadership position.
