A Monster Western (3) About An Animal in the Mountains of Eastern California

MLB has penned the 3rd western about a monster that was guilty of killing over 25 people that had moved into his area. The monster resembled a large bear, tiger, who or the biggest dog are had ever seen. Our faithful Hunter shot the animal with his Sharps 50-70. It was later years that he was informed by an archeologist that he had shot an extinct stripes animal which was thought to have forebears before. This is an excellent read for the genre.....ER

Another great romping western adventure by M L Behrman about the weird and terrifying creatures J. Everett Earl has to deal with. This time it's a giant mysterious beast in the mountains around Death Valley, California with a taste for man and a voice like the devil himself. Throw in some crooked miners and the beast's insidious behavior and you have a suspense filled experience that will leave you white knuckled with excitement.
