This is before you meet Alexa, the AI genie living within this shell. This sets the Echo apart from the competition of virtual assistants housed in phones and personal devices. Instead, Echo targets the household experience -- being anywhere in your living space anytime you need it.
It's a good thing this book was free. It was mostly a waste of time. The section about hacking Alexander - I'm sure most people, including me, wouldn't have a clue about what was written.
No way should anyone actually pay for this book. It minimizes the functions echo can do and addresses the simplest ones with a grating Golly attitude. Keep looking.
