This is not a book that you should plan to start, stop, and come back to. The plot is filled with twists and turns, and it is definitely one of those books you will read straight through. Strawberry Letter is loyal through and through, until she has reason to know she shouldn't be or can't be. Then, seasons change. On the other hand, someone she called friend, Princess Kutt, is true to her name. She's quick to undercut, scheme, and twist things if it means she will get what she wants. The men in the motorcycle club are doing what bikers do, protecting their rags and covering their tracks. The ladies are either Property Of or expendable. It's how the game goes. When one of them is actually NOT one of them, again, seasons change. This is definitely a book that teaches readers to watch not only their backs, but their fronts as well. It's really easy to find someone willing to sell a "friend" up the river for the right amount, as readers learn here.
