A heart wrenching true story. About the author

I grew up in a small town in the far north east of scotland. Although poor we had a great childhood and a very close family. My life was happy and good and my morals and standards set high for my future.

I met Him at the age 17 and devoted over 20 years of my life trying to make an abusive man change and love me like i loved him ... but failed miserably. I spent over 20 years being mentally and physicaly abused by a man who constantly cheated on me and dragged me down ... my book is my story of survival and how i dealt with each individual situation.

If i can help just one person within an abusive relationship get out becasue they have read my story then i have succeeded in doing what i wanted to do when i first wrote the book.

well i am obviously going to say its a great book as i am the author of it .... but honestly it is a great book ........ if you check out the reviews on my author bebo page you will see some good ones also the reviews on waterstones web site and also on whsmith web site so its looking good.

Its a true story of a 21 year marriage filled with abuse both mental and physical and it will take you through every emotion you have ... the sad part is it was my life and i am now happy its gone and have been very lucky ....... but it does make a great read.

If you are into true stories for e.g. david peltzer books .... its definatley worth a read and i promise you wont be dissapointed. Cheapeat place to buy it is on amazon books at www.amazon.co.uk as its only 4.60 there ... waterstones, whsmith and authorhouse along with many more are much more expensive from 8.00 to 13.99 so i advise amazon.
