There is quite a lot of useful information in this book and the associated videos. The focus is on learning chords and songs, which is good for the impatient beginner. However, the last 45% of the book is largely advertising for other books and courses and a glossary of terms. I think this space could have been better used explaining how chords are built and why.
This series of books are a little folksy on the song selection for me but have good tips and basic information. Easy to understand even for a complete beginner.
