This was a cute quick story. Although, i feel like there was too much crammed into such a short book. There is no background information, and even within the chapters time passes quickly with leaps into time with little to no explanation. I found I was having to re-read to figure out where I was and what had transpired. Overall not a bad book I just think there could have been a better timeline.

A baby for the bear daddies
Zeva has had better days, particularly before her father died. Now she is broke, kicked out of college and destitute. The final straw to a flood gate of tears… the eviction notice she receives when she returns home to find all of her paltry belongs on the curb. Life has certainly done an about face for daddy’s princess. No longer is sky the limit when it comes to her spending. Unfortunately, her father had leveraged everything before death took him. Now there was nothing left and her mother’s method of coping was found inside a bottle. To the rescue is one sexy werebear, Asher and his twin Xavier. The catch? These two want Zeva to have their baby. A year in their home nets her a home of her own, an education and more than enough money to get by.
Xavier and Asher may be asking for a year, but is a year enough when you’re talking about your mate? Or, is a year just about right to get to know each other and to settle in to a lifetime together? Perhaps, if the two were not struggling to maintain their leadership of their bear sleuth, they’d of had the luxury to court their mate. All a moot point when they don’t have the luxury of time. Instead, the sex is intense and the loving comes second. And there is no question that what comes about is love. Along the way, they have to deal with an unhappy sleuth member that is up to no good. Getting pregnant, having the heir and living happily ever after as a family has its challenges, but these three get it done.
An Heir for the Billionaire Werebears is a short novella that was enjoyable to read. If anything, I would have hoped it could have been a bit longer. I was a bit disappointed in how fast Zeva agreed to their suggestion that she stay and have their child. However, Zeva redeemed herself in her choice of careers and how attached she became to her child even before it was born. It’s a tough balancing act to give your readers enough, so that they have a sense of your characters as well as to tell their story when you set out to write a novella. Ms. Zaftig did a good job at both. If you’re looking for a short shifter story where baby makes four then look no further.

You should be with us forever 4 GOLD PAWS
WHOA! And HAHAAAHAA This is one GRRRREAT story! A BEARIFFIC short story! It is a PAWSITIVELY funny (I was outright laughing at numerous lines) and loving short story with a cute, heartwarming FURRY TAIL kind of ending! Even though it moved at a BEARY fast pace, there is no CLAWS for concern! it is still a story worth reading. It is BEARY obvious that Alyse has has some GRRRREAT talent to be able to write a short story like this one! I was drawn into the story right away, curious as to what was going to happen, how it would play out, and that I was drawn to the characters. I loved the creativity with the shifters & their sleuth. Even though the story starts off sad, there are happy times, quiet times, panic & intense times and hot times too. Don't forget the loving & friendships that happen along Zeva's journey thanks to Asher & Xavier. It captured and held my attention from the beginning, and all the way through to the BEARY end! It is PAWMAZING how much was packed into it. although it has more of a "highlight reel" effect, rather than a complete story or even a piece of a story. My only suggestion (okay, probably more my wish) to Alyse would be to write these same kind of stories in a longer format. Not just because I prefer longer stories, but also because there is a lot going on in here that could be further explored & expanded on, giving the story more substance, weight and depth, making it richer and adding to the beauty & magic of finding one's mate. The only reason I am not rating this a 5 is simply because I felt that it jumped ahead a little too much making it hard to follow a timeline. I almost never read short stories that are stand-alones, so maybe this is normal for them, so if that is the case, then it is a 5 star kind of story. Your call! :-)

I really liked this book. Zeva grew up as a rich kid. Her dad let their family living above their means by borrowing against his company and he died before he could pay the loans off leaving his wife and Zeva not only broke but in extreme debt. Zeva had to drop out of UCLA and she was evicted from her apartment. Her mom already half always a big social drinker just kicked it up big time so all she did was drink now. When we meet Zeva she is packing all her worldly goods into her car from the curb and trying to figure out where she could sleep for the night in her car.
Enter hunky Asher who offers her a chance to come home with him for a business arrangement. Much to her surprise there is a second matching one at home just like him name Xavier. These two handsome men explain that they need to have a child within 2 years and things take off.
I enjoyed this book a lot. There are a few times I laughed at some of things that went on and other times I yelled at my kindle "NO NO NO don't Do IT". There is some heat, romance and all in all good read.
As a mom of multi miscarriages i feel I need to note if this could be a trigger for you please consider before reading this book.

Zeva is down on her luck after her father passing away her whole life changed. Her and her mother lost everything and her mother is struggling to cope. Zeva has had to drop out of school because she can't afford the fee's and now she has lost her apartment. With her whole life packed in the back of her car Zeva has no where to go and no one to turn to. Then Zeva meets Xavier who might has an answer to her problems.
Xavier and his twin Asher are bear shifters and they have it all other than an heir. If the can not produce an heir in the next two years they will lose their sleuth. When Xavier meets Zeva he has an offer that might solve all of their problems.
This is the first book by this author that I have read and I was a little uncertain at the start but I found Zeva grew on me as the story progressed. I loved Xavier and Asher from the beginning they are strong and sexy, everything you could want in an alpha. The story is well paced for a short and transitions well. I was worried about the relationship and the inital lack of emotion but this is dealt with later in the book. Overall this is a good short with some scorching scenes, two sexy alphas and a HEA.

I received a copy of this book for an honest review
This was a short quick read that was just what I needed. Zeva has just been evicted from her small apartment after being forced to take a year off school because she could no longer afford it after her father died and her mother became an alcoholic. Asher is a were-bear living in Bel Air with his twin brother Xavier. The brothers need to produce and heir or give up their position as head of the sleuth( head of the bears). They make Zeva an offer if she agrees to have a kid for them they would pay for her schooling buy her a house and give her 10,000 fir the rest of her life sounds like an offer that I would take. The brother's have a cousin who wants the position and will do anything to stop the birth of a baby. This book moved fast and it wasn't that deep which is what I was looking for. When the cousin Jayce brings what was suppose to be vitamins to Zeva the brother's tell her not to take them she does and it cause's her to miscarry and out of the pain it gives Zeva an idea and she has a new career helping women and young girls who are pregnant. This was a good read that I hoped would be a book two.

This story is a cute one, an interesting idea, and we have hot twins who want their curvy gal. But it was too short. I needed more character development, more hot sexy times, and I'd have been happier. The guys are billionaires, and Zeva has her father leaving millions in debt, an eviction notice and dropped out of school, a bit too much. Asher and Xavier want to mate with her, they need an heir, but as soon as she's pregnant, the evil one sabotages her chances. Miscarriage. Super quick read, but that’s just the problem. There wasn’t much work building or background. There was absolutely no content about them actually being shifters until the very last chapter. I wish there were more details, and honestly regret spending the $2.99. But happy I didn’t pay the $10 for the paperback. This could have been an amazing book had it been given the details and world building it needed. This was barely subpar and it didn’t “include murder” the FL wasn’t even flat out told that the guy was killed. I wouldn’t waste my money if I were you.

A quick light read
An Heir for the Billionaire Werebears is a quick light read with no cliffhanger. Starting on the worst day of our leading lady's life, we see her wanting to hide from reality, and growing up a bit in this short tale where the once spoiled daughter wants to believe people are good at heart, but does question things that sound too good to be true.

I was gifted this book in exchange for my honest opinion and a review.
This book was completely new to me just like the author and when I seen it tagged as a BWWM I immediately had to head to google too see what it meant …. I soon learnt lol.
Zeva has certainly had better days, especially before her father passed away. Now she is broke not just the normal kind either she is broke broke, she has been kicked out of college evicted from her home and is utterly poor. It hits her her hard and the damn bursts she breaks down in a flood of tears… Life for sure has done a complete turn for daddy’s princess. No longer can she spend to her hearts content.
It is gravely unfortunate, that her father had leveraged just about everything before he passed away. Now there is nothing at all left and the way her mother copes with it is found with copious amounts of alcohol. Out of nowhere she is rescued the most sexiest man alive, she follows him home and there she meets them both, Asher and his twin Xavier where they offer her a deal . But there is a catch? They are werebears and want Zeva to have their baby. In exchange she will have a year in their home which she can call her own, as well as education and enough money to get by with ease.
They may only be asking for a year, but will this time be enough when you’re talking about your mate? Or, will a year be just about the perfect amount of time to get to know each other well and to Strive to make this a lifetime together?
Maybe if the two were not having the struggle of there lives to continue being the leaders of their bear sleuth, they could of had the time the luxury to court their mate slowly and be romantic. But all of this is not the point when they just don't have this luxury or the time either. Instead, the sex they have is raw and passionate and O so intense. ARC Honest Review: This is my first book to read by Alyse Zaftig. I have to say that I pretty impressed with the book. I have read many paranormal books and for the most part they are all similar in parts. I liked how Alyse used the world Sleuth instead of Clan. It was something different. I liked how the Twin brothers were over the Sleuth together. I like how she captured my attention from the beginning of the book. Some parts I felt were slow, but my interest was peaked and I read the entire book in one after noon.
Zeva is the classic rich girl who lost everything because her dad made an bad investment and lost all their money. Zeva has been evicted from her apartment and has had to quit school. Now she is homeless and 100's of thousands dollars in school debts. She is sitting in her car crying when Asher taps on her window to see if he can help her. Zeva doesn't know it but Asher is about to change her world.

Could the business arrangement between Zeva and the twins be just that, a business arrangement? Or could it be more? You are going to have to read in order to find out. It is a good book and I promise you will not be disappointed if you read it.

I received this book to read and review for any honest review.
Zeva day has gone from bad to worst in a course of a couple of hours. First, she has to leave to college. Then when she gets home, Zeva discover that she has no home anymore. She has been evicted. With nowhere to go is has a break down and a stranger see's her and stops to see if she's alright. Zeva ends up telling him her whole story and he offers to help her out. Is she willing to take that leap of faith and trust him or will she continue to try to do on her own?
Asher finds Zeva in her car crying her eyes as he on his way to a meeting. Upon meeting her he knows that she is his and his brother's mate. So Asher offers a solution to her problem if she agrees to help them with their problem. Will she agree to their terms?
This is my first time reading anything by this author and I really did enjoy it. I could not put the book down once I started reading it. I can't wait to read more books by this author. I highly recommend this book to others.

**I was given this book for an honest review**
Zeva has had a good life, even after leaving for college her dad paid everything for her. But after he dies, she discovers he using money he never had. Now she's been forced to take a break from school and she's now living on the streets because she's been evicted.
Asher and Xavier are the leaders of their sleuth of werebears. But to keep the position they must have a cub. When Asher meets Zeva on the street he knows he's found a way to get him and Xavier their heir as well as help Zeva with her problems. But somebody else doesn't want Asher and Xavier to keep their position and will do everything they can to ensure they never have an heir.
Overall this wasn't a bad book. It's a nice little short read with a HEA.
My only problems was the characters didn't seem to connect and there was very little interaction between the 2 men and Zeva, unless they were having sex.

Fun short read. Not the best, but not nearly the worst. With a little more time invested into character development this could be a great short read. Now in not looking for realism in paranormal romance, but this one seemed rushed, and the characters were not well developed; however the story was fun and made a good background. It wasn't War and Peace but it was entertaining, and with some polishing it would be a great read. Overall I enjoyed the book and as I was given a copy for my honest review I can't/won't sugar coat it's flaws.
Despite the flaws I enjoyed the story and a couple parts made me smile. If you're looking for a deep read pass this one. If you want a smile inducing hea give it a read.

After being evicted from her apartment and loading everything she owned into her car Zeva had no clue want she was going to do. After her fathers death, her mother and her lost everything. Now her only choice was living in her car. When a stranger knocks on her car window while she is sitting there crying, she is afraid to trust him. Asher has a proposition for Zeva. A way for her have a place to live and a chance to go back to school. Asher and his twin Xavier need an heir. If Zeva agrees to carry the cub.
Enjoyed the story. Seemed rushed in parts. But overall I enjoyed how it went. A little drama and some hot sex in this short story. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Quick and Steamy
This is a quick get your libido jump started novella by Alyse Zaftig. Down on her luck human female who is saved from living on the streets(or parking garage) by a Hot pair of twins in need of a baby to solidify their place in their WEREBEAR Shifter community where they have been leading after their father's leadership. But there's dangerous rival who will do anything to prevent them from being leaders even murder and kidnapping. Plenty packed into a small amount of pages to keep you turning the pages. I'm keeping my eyes open for more of her sizzling hot writing style. Check out for yourself and enjoy!

Honest review: short, nice, novella...weird and strange, as I LOVE werebear/bear shifter novels/novellas...this one was--good, but lacking. I found myself inserting facial expressions, passing thoughts, and other extras through out, do NOT get me WRONG! it was nice, it just needed MORE! more depth of each character, more. It seemed rushed and just "way out in left field", but it did have many good aspects as well- the story line(some), dialogue...a note to the author, it is nothing against you, and maybe this is your first and are getting out there, it's a good start! I know it was a novella, so it was short, but I, MYSELF, wanted there to be more.

Story is a little unbelievable in how it starts but....if stuck in that same situation who know's maybe not.
This was a cute story of love, lies and deception. I really enjoyed it although it was a very quick read.
The charters are well written and so lovable and sweet and the baby just sounds adorable. The love the men show Zeva is unwavering and she returns it.
Overall a nice story good story line and really cool charters.
It's a shifter story so of course there is sex
No violence other then in the mind of the men. I think they actually held it together pretty well all things considered.

A wonderful fast paced story. Zeva is having a very bad day,she has been kicked out of school and evicted from her apartment on the same day. She meets Asher and he takes her home to his twin Xavier. The twins make her an offer of room and board to have their baby. Will Zeva go along with the plan? Will Jayce who wants the twins to fail at having a baby do something to stop them having a baby?
