Very new perception of how to make organisations creative and innovative. Analysing the organisations as Complex Adaptive Systems gave me lot of insights in understanding how an organisation becomes innovative. It takes a matter of fact view of the mental conflicts of people working in organisations, group working, politics in the organisation, etc and gives a scientific perspective.
Excellent read for anyone concerned about developing organisations.
