This workbook will help any cross-cultural worker transition by diving into the many complex categories of overseas living, goodbyes, re-entering. The most impactful time to do this would be at the beginning of a transitional period (maybe still in country). Takes a lot of time to make it though all the parts.

A great book and resource for someone re-entering after serving cross-culturally. The question and workbook format forced me to think through and process a lot of things that could have easily been bigger issues in my life later on. And having someone else to go through the process with you (the companion) was also very helpful. If you are intentional about this book and using it well, it pays off big time. I highly recommend it.
