I liked this book. A lot of essential oils books are all about beauty and topical recipes. This book actually explains how to use oils that are to be injested. The author gives you all the do's and don'ts to safely use essential oils for weight loss, and to give relief for some ailments. I was given a copy of this book for an honest review.
