This book is perfect fit if you are dealing thyroid problems too. You will learn how to deal it so your daily life would improve. The book is well written and very informative. I love the way it has been written as it is easy to understand.

I knew this purchase was a good one the moment I started reading the Foreword and read this line: "The human body is like a sea vessel crossing a stormy Atlantic." My professional life is very stressful and fast paced and I've thought, often, that the chronic fatigue I experience could be caused by my thyroid. The table of contents is rich with information that will allow those interested to quickly go to the section that they're most interested in. However, I would suggest that everyone read the entire manuscript from start to finish because it's a quick read that is packed with vital information that are good, common sense suggestions, including an entire section on practical lifestyle changes that could make a huge difference in anyone's life. Now that I've finished the book, I'm going to begin implementing many of the strategies included and if I notice any change in my fatigue, I'll try to post an updated review! Pick this one up, today!
Jay Author provides a lot of useful information that is written in a language that is easy to understand. He gives numerous useful hints and tips on how to improve thyroid health from changing diet to improving sleep habits. We tend to forget that sleep habit affect our bodies. He even includes several different recipes to help provide healthy choices for our diet. While I do not have thyroid issues, I think this book is useful for anyone who wants to strive for a healthier lifestyle.
