While a low content book it was effective in its messaging. Being time poor I appreciated the brevity and to the point nature of the book. The sketch examples and exercises were purposeful, and suitable for beginners and intermediates (me!). The information is instantly applicable and easy to build on. Great format for the busy facilitator or designer who wants to add a new dimension to their work.
Good but not so good because it neither teaches you how express with sketching nor teaches how to do sketch thinking. Good for learning about how to run a meeting to some point but it is not complete in that sense as well. Waste of money for 6 bucks It has some useful things in it but not complete.
Book is okay, but I wish it had more examples, I learned more through trial and error. The items the book it on was repeated . Glad book was free to read
Excellent book, well and elegant written. Very useful for begginers and intermediates, plenty of advises and clearly explained concepts. Last chapters are not very common in many book and are very important.
This is a good resource for facilitators. It’s positioned as skills participants might need, but I see it more as something the facilitator needs to master.
Some interesting ideas about how to use sketchnoting in real life scenarios, and some of the psychology behind his to approach the drawings you create.
I used it to rewamp to my childhood sketching skills. Needs followup practice and definetely more practice...good one. Refer other sketches online and practice simultaneously..
