While a low content book it was effective in its messaging. Being time poor I appreciated the brevity and to the point nature of the book. The sketch examples and exercises were purposeful, and suitable for beginners and intermediates (me!). The information is instantly applicable and easy to build on. Great format for the busy facilitator or designer who wants to add a new dimension to their work.

Good but...

Good but not so good because it neither teaches you how express with sketching nor teaches how to do sketch thinking. Good for learning about how to run a meeting to some point but it is not complete in that sense as well. Waste of money for 6 bucks It has some useful things in it but not complete.

Good Facilitator Resource

READ DEC 2019

This is a good resource for facilitators. It’s positioned as skills participants might need, but I see it more as something the facilitator needs to master.
