Willow was charged with being the protector for her Coven. The witches had secrets and those secrets were starting to get them killed. When a Lycan and a Vampire arrived in town, Willow knew that those sorts of coincidence didn’t just happen, but who could she trust? With the High Priestess dead, it was left to Willow to try to keep the rest of the Coven alive and protect the secret that could have started a war between the supernatural realms and had deadly consequences for humans. Time was of the essence and it was ticking down fast towards a confrontation that could kill them all. The future rested on her shoulders, but she was battling her own demons…
There were times I didnt like Willow. She came off kinda mean and hateful. She reminds me a lot of a rogue and doesnt always stick to the rules. I guess thats why she is a protector of her coven. I understood her better as the book went on and Hank...oh he was awesome as well as Christian. I would have liked to have read more about the vampire Christian and witch Meghan's sorta romance or whatever it was they had. Took a good long while for Willow to succumb to Hank. I know deep down she would have but she did have a difficult choice to make. Leave the Coven or him. He was great and how understanding he was. She couldnt have asked for a better mate and Christian was a great friend to be able to aid in their search for what was happening. Enjoyed the book overall.
The last two books from A B and M L have been awesome. I love their stuff anyway, but they have really gone above and beyond with these new books. Great reads, nice covers, and only a few minor editing mistakes that one can expect from indie writers that don't have an army of editors behind them. This book kept me glued to my kindle and I couldn't put it down until I had finished every last bite. Keep them coming, the faster the better.
Great book Willow the Witch Hank the wolf are wonderful mates in this tale. Both are protectors of their kind this it's a great read with Christian the Vampire in it too 5 stars great job. I recommend this book to all PA lovers
