She likes to be controversial and sincerely believes we should question EVERYTHING. Living by the motto ‘you should try everything at least once’, she has a lifetime of experiences and memories. Debbie loves to curl up on the sofa and lose herself in a book. Her love of horror and the supernatural comes from Stephen King, as a 12 year old reading IT. IT freaked her out! But, she has loved horror ever since. Anything weird, supernatural, Sci-Fi, or magical, she reads it. Although, epic fantasy is her favourite; a passion started by reading The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien.
Apart from holidays (she LOVES holidays), travelling, and three years in Greece, Debbie has always lived and worked in London. She could not imagine living anywhere else; except a beach ;). She is captivated by the history and hidden London that tourists rarely find. She hopes to explore this more in a new stand-alone book being drafted. Her début book, Awakenings, is the first in a series with books 2 and 3 also on kindle.

Changes are coming and rest assured Evie will be right in the middle of it. Welcome back to the world of Debbie Adam and her Tri-light series with the third book, Release. Evie is showing the world of the supernatural that being the child two different “species” may just make her stronger as opposed to weaker than others. Life is good, sure there are problems, like the possibility that some crazed villain may want to expose the supernatural world to the humans, and then assure that the world is destroyed, but Evie’s life is on an uphill journey. She has her TWO powerful and handsome soulmates, Kiran and Luc and wedding bells will be ringing soon for the three of them! Can you say “Group hug?” Her parents are back together and Evie is determined to bring her mother back together with her Royal Fae family, too bad that doesn’t go quite so smoothly.
There is a strong feeling of love and support, and NOTHING is better than seeing supernaturals blur the “expected lines’ for their own big-hearted wild child, Evie! But has she finally gone too far, lost too much and is it making her ill? Who will unite the supernaturals against universal devastation??
Have you ever had a love/hate relationship with an author’s work? I mean, do you really, REALLY love their books, their style, their presentation and their characters? Then, when you least expect it, BAM! They write a plot twist that you NEVER dreamed of, not even in your worst nightmares and we are NOT talking a little bump in the road. I absolutely love Debbie Adam’s work, and that BAM she put on me tells me why! She is a genius at her craft! She hooked me in, had me wanting more after the end of each story and still managed to shock me again with eerily perfect timing.
Ms. Adam knows how to create tension, turmoil and romantic steam that does NOT overpower her tale, but trust me, it is so powerful it WILL take the wrinkles out of a cotton shirt. Each character is so unique, from the vampires, to the hellhounds, the fae and demons, you will find a character to adore, despise and probably lust for. My favorite is a tree.
