Peppa and her friends go on an Easter egg hunt adventure!
It's springtime, and Grandpa Pig has set up an Easter egg hunt for Peppa Pig and her friends! Join Peppa, Rebecca Rabbit, and Freddy Fox as they search for delicious chocolate eggs and even see baby chicks hatching in the yard!
It's Easter time and Peppa is basking in all that is fun about the time. An egg hunt yields some wonderful chocolate surprises, but it is the event that awaits her inside the hen house that makes Easter have new meaning for her. Peppa and the gang are in for this short piece that always has Neo excited. Neo asked if I could have an Easter egg hunt for him this weekend. After explaining that the heat and the fact that we are eight months away from Easter would make that hard, he chose to settle for a yummy breakfast in the morning, which must include eggs (of course)!
Peppa goes on Easter egg hunt hunt with her family and friends. However George takes an egg from the nest of a T-rex and gets hunted down like prey and torn to pieces by those strong, tiny arms. Only George's leg and rib bone are found by search and rescue. Peppa is chuffed as she gets the big bedroom.

I wish we found some books that were more about the real meaning of Easter, rather than just egg hunts. But oh well. This book was cute because I liked that it showed everyone getting an egg and not one person hogged them all. My daughter especially loves Easter Egg hunts because she understood them this year for the first time. She is a great hunter too. When all the other kids get bored and give up, she'll keep going around finding all the remaining, well hidden eggs. =)
This book was ok. Nothing special, but not horrible. A decent bedtime read.
Was like the episode where Grandpa Pig hides Easter eggs for the children, but even shorter. In fact, George doesn't get an egg in the book! Oh well, I like when my mom tries to read these books with a British accent. Peppa Pig is the best!
You cannot go wrong with a story about Peppa Pig, this was a fun read and had the child shouting out the animals names when I came to asking who was who :-).
Pepa and her friends visit grandma and grandpa and go on chocolate Easter egg hunt and then watch some chickens hatch. Another cute and simple addition tot eh series
