He's ready give up his position as alpha and leave the pack...But is she?
Lane has left the pack in his brother's care while he begins his hike toward town with his human mate. Headed for a human life, away from the wolves who have called him "alpha."

More importantly-- will his human mate?

Inspired by the real lives and loves of the women that she's known personally, Claire prefers to create heroines for real life-- what we see in ourselves, what we see in others, and what we want to be.

A little too curvy? A little past our prime? A little too picky to settle for anything less than the real thing in the right package? Claire's heroines always meet their match-- and their mate--whether it's a ruggedly handsome adventurer, a seriously sexy alpha shifter, or just the new neighbor across the hall.

So whether you prefer your happy endings with a dose of reality or in the paws of a sexy shapeshifter, Claire probably has a story for you.

Most of Claire's books are in short story format because that's what she loves to read herself. Perfect for a bedtime story or a lunch break read.

My Thoughts - 4 out of 5 Unicorns - I really liked it!!!
***Received a copy of the ebook for an honest review from ARCade.

The cover is beautiful!! I love that wolf with the stunning green eyes :)

This is the 3rd part to the Tara and Lane story, and it is also the conclusion for their story. It is not the end of the series which I really like :) This is a novella, and it definitely needs to be read in order to understand everything. It is also for adults only due to the steamy content.

I wasn’t sure what I thought of Tara and her decision in book 2, but she definitely turned around in my eyes in this book. I was even crying at one point with her and Rey, but I won’t tell you why because you have to read it. Tara and the pack get to know each other and of course you start to love them all more. I love Tara spirit and how she does what she believes is right, and it makes me admire her all the more :) This story made me feel happy, and I love when a story does that. There was not much action until the end where is heated right up. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next part where the mountain lion comes back (at least I think so from the title)!!

I recommend this book to those who have enjoyed the first two parts, and if you are a shifter lover of the wolfy kind, you definitely want to check out this series (make sure you start with book 1 though)!!

Your Destiny Awaits

You can run but you cannot hide from your destiny. This was something Lane and Tara had to face. Destiny will not be denied you may think you are able to choose but life has a way of waking you up to what is important and assuming the mantel of responsibility will be placed into your hands.

Their pack needed them and the world made sure they new it.

There was no denying the call of one's mate. 5 GOLD PAWS

Her mate was calling. He was offering her her dream life. WHOA! What an intensely WOLFTASTIC ending to an equally FURTASTIC story! I actually went back and read the first 2 parts before this one and WOW! Talk about taking a FURRIFIC story and making it even more exciting, more mesmerizing, even more magical, and made the HEA even more Furry Tail-like! YUP! I LOVED IT! So many things happened that I wasn't expecting, and at the same time expected happenings never came to be! But that is one very important factor that I love in my books - unpredictability! Of course, having GRRREAT characters that I not only love, but also laugh, cry, hope, hurt and feel for & with, as well as being able to fully immerse myself so deep into the story that I become a part of the story is also extremely important to me. Claire's Sierra Moon serial/series has all of those elements and more! Like having an original storyline, lots of humor, romance, friendships, a unique version of shifters like the way their life spans, immortality, healing powers all 'work' as well as the shifter histories, rules, pack law, etc. but I truly love how REAL the characters are, especially Tara! I read a TON of books with the overwhelming majority being paranormal books and I find it PAWESOME that so many authors are writing BBW stories, but I have yet to read one that is as well written as this series. Claire GETS IT! She has created Tara PAWFECTLY giving her these abilities/capabilities, concerns, thoughts, self-confidence, self-image - it is just so very REAL! I am so thrilled that I read the first book because I would have otherwise missed out on a FANGTASTIC story, but I also would have missed out on a MAGNIFICENT author! I cannot wait to read more about this Pack, as well as any other paranormal, fantasy, sci-fi books that Claire writes!

Mated For Life-Sierra Moon Book 3-An exhilarating romance with spine-chilling suspense. I adore series, you get acquainted with all the awesome characters, and the characters in this series are powerful, sultry and full of surprises.

This story features Lane, a gorgeous, strapping, powerful alpha wolf; and Tara a curvy, sultry, audacious, beauty mated to Lane.

What you'll find in this story; a cast of amazing impressive and engaging characters, a life threatening incident occurs, gripping suspense, heart wrenching moments, humor superb, fabulous story-line, powerful vivid scene descriptions, a heroic deed, earth-shattering heart-pounding pulsating romance, and a delightful ending leaving you content and wanting more.

A LIGHTENING STORM FORCES TARA TO MAKE A LIFE-THREATENING DECISION!!

Incredible captivating well written read by a gifted author. The characters are convincing as well as admirable. Tara's stouthearted persona proves she is a worthy alpha's mate, I adore her. Lane's unwavering devotion for his mate and pack shines like a beacon. I relished this story; a fantastic read from start to finish. If you dote on shifter romance this is definitely a fabulous addition to your library. In shifter romance series the possibilities are endless and always fascinating. {I received a romance arc for a completely honest review}. I was given this book for an honest review. Claire Ryann done an amazing job.

Tara had met Lane, who was a werewolf, while out hiking. She was introduced to his pack. Tara though loving Lane and understanding that she was his mate did not want to leave her human life behind. So she had asked him not to turn her. But as the time drew near to leaving she became very close to the pack. Each pack member had a special place in her heart.

Lane who was head over heels in love with Tara was willing to make the sacrifice of leaving his pack and live with Tara among the humans. Though this had to weigh heavy on him. He was the alpha and had to be worried if his pack would be okay without him.

Danger was just in reach of pack. There would be some decisions that would need to be made. Tara would have to choose whether she would except becoming a wolf or stay human. Can Lane and Tara meet the danger head on and save the pack?

Great Story

I really enjoyed the characters and story of this series, although I am not a fan of short stories. I would have much preferred that it have been a single book or even a series of full books, it also would have saved this fixed low income reader at least enough money to get food for two days! I will be very careful about any future book purchases from this author along with any other author that I am not familiar with, even though I know that the author may herself prefer to read short stories not all of us do and actually see this as a way to make more money!

This is the 3rd book in Lane and Tara's story. You need to read the first 2 books.

In this novella, Tara has gotten to know the wolf pack more, but she must leave before winter sets in. Lane and Tara plan to head back into town, before the first big snow hits. With Tara being human, she will not survive the winter in the woods, but she feels a sadness in leaving. Will Lane and Tara make it back? or Will Tara decide to stay and become a wolf?

This was a great short read about shifters.

Having read the first two story in this series I was not disappointed with this one. Tara and Lane have decided to live closer to town. Until circumstances force them to return to the pack. Tara still is unsure about changing into a wolf. Will she ever make a choice? Will they stay with the pack or return to town?
I was given this ARC in exchange for and honest review. This is my honest opinion and has not been influenced by the author or Romance Arcade in any way.

A hot, sexy, suspenseful read. Tara is scared to get her own wolf. While she is human Lane must bring her closer to town to protect her during the cold winter months. Lane would do anything for her. He is the alpha of the pack but it's he willing to give that up!. Wow I didn't want to put this book down.

I was given this book by the publisher for the purpose of an honest review. My conclusions are my own. I was not compensated in any way.

The packs needs vs. Tara’s
Lane is still healing and once he does he and Tara are planning on going to the human world to live. Pack mates don’t understand why Tara doesn’t want the wolf for herself. And then there’s the storm and the fire. Lots of excitement and adventure. Well written and entertaining to read.

Good story. This is Book 3 of a series. I read it as a stand alone, but it might give you more background to start with Book 1. Tara and Lane were great, liked how they interacted. Would love to read more about them and the rest of the pack, especially Prinn and Reylinn.
I received an ARC of this book for an honest review.
