not gonna rate each issue individually cause that’s goofy af but this series is easily the best iteration of jason’s origin story. like yeah yeah death in the family is classic but also come ON. this is shakespearean levels of family drama. this is reverse hamlet. im gonna eat a chair
I had picked up the first four issues of these a few years ago just for the covers. I wish I had known back then that these were about Jason Todd.They would not have sat on my shelf unread for so long.
I really, really loved this. The angst, the darkness, the crazyness of it. Joker is my favorite nemesis of Batman's and here he is so dark and totally insane that you just have to love him.
