A history of the Restoration Movement from its beginning to the early 90’s, Union in Truth provides a readable – yet somewhat limited – history, with special attention given to the Campbell and Stone branches of the movement. Informative, yet unimaginative, North’s work provides a basic introduction. B-

About the best single book history of the Stone-Campbell Movement available today. However, as with most books dealing with this topic there is a limited awareness shown to the larger ecclesiastical movements during this time period.
