Eddie Culph is a natural product of a decadent environment of pleasure-seeking. After becoming a frequent patron of the Turnerow Opera Theatre, he eventually finds himself fallen hopelessly in love with the newly cast coloratura mezzo-soprano. The fast deterioration of his morality, however, along with this newfound romantic obsession, drives Eddie into progressively worse acts of abuse and manipulation.
A formidable story presented in a Victorianesque setting, and told from Eddie Culph's own disturbing perspective, this tragic would-be romance explores the moral decline and psycho-delusional unraveling of one highly-esteemed heritor.
