After winning Shadows of Tomorrow in Goodreads Giveaways, I had to go out and purchase this book. And I am so glad I did.
Another well written book by Jessica Meats.
I am presuming/hoping that there will be a third book in the series. I highly recommend anyone to embark in a journey into this series.

Between Yesterdays is the exciting sequel to Shadows of Tomorrow by Jessica Meats.
I ended my review of Shadows of Tomorrow by saying "I am eagerly waiting to buy the next novel Jessica writes." Well I bought the next novel, thoroughly enjoyed it, and now I am eagerly waiting for Jessica to write a third in this series!
Between Yesterdays continues the portal-travelling, world-defending action of its predecessor, adding new twists, turns and intrigue. This second instalment includes more portal-science, more technology, and more martial arts. Basically, lots more of the good stuff!
