MY HERO, MY RUIN, MY RECKLESS TEMPTATION...

DELIA

I almost landed in my stepbrother's bed, and I want it to happen again.

I'm too good for him. He's too crude for me. Fantasy is where this twisted thing should end.

Chris Cleveland tempts me because he's wrong. Swoon-worthy, all-American Navy SEAL. Bad boy. Manwhore.

I didn't know he was off limits the night we got hot and heavy. I didn't know our folks were hitched.

Hell, I definitely didn't know I could ever want what I'm not supposed to have this badly, and one more smirk of his devilish lips just might bring me to my knees...

There's a lot I don't know anymore.

And he's about to teach me.

CHRIS

Love's a goddamned joke. I bed women between missions and rock their worlds with military precision. I never taste, touch, or tease the same chick twice.

Get in, get out, and leave her a breathless mess always worked flawlessly - until Cordelia.

I can't pry my perfect new stepsister out of my skull. I've never wanted to corrupt a girl so bad. She's my new target, my conquest, my obsession.

Lucky I'm a SEAL. Losing isn't in my blood.

But Delia's already lost, and her panties are about to be in flames.

I have read a ton of Nicole Snow books and I have to say this one is something else. If you are looking for hot as hell sex with a story instead of a story with sex, then this is the one you want. HA!

3.5 stars - only because the story was secondary to the sex... really

DNF @ 28%...... sad to say that I just could not finish this one.

If I had to read one more time about Chris' "throbbing d*ck" for his sis, stepsis, I was liable to break my e-reader or break out in a rash.

Both Chris and Delia are just beyond annoying.

GAH!

The model on the cover of this tome, bodybuilder Logan James Barnhart, participated in the January 6th attack on the Capitol and was just sentenced to three years in prison.

"Mr. Barnhart was part of a mob that confronted officers at the archway leading into the Capitol building and that dragged one of the officers down the steps into a violent crowd, where the officer was further beaten with a flagpole and a baton."

"“The way I was acting seems so foreign to me,” Mr. Barnhart told the U.S. district judge, Rudolph Contreras, The Associated Press reported."

**A gifted copy was provided by the author for my honest review**

Chris is a Seal and everything else comes second. When he is with a woman, it’s a wham, bam kind of thing because of his job and all. But then the night he meet Delia, life as he knows it changes for him.
Delia is a sweet , innocent girl who meets a hot, bad boy(man) on the beach at night. She is out at night walking on her father’s private beach ; she had been at her own party that she really didn’t want to have and she is on the beach when she comes across Chris, a sexy man on her father’s beach who is diving off her father’s cliffs down onto the water below. Delia goes to confront him , sparks fly and the two are immediately feeling some chemistry between each other. Delia invites him back to her party and let’s just say there was some dirty dancing with each other. Then they had a very erotically hot scene afterwards. But sadly it ended afterwards all because of “family issues”. I loved it when they made plans to get together again but before that could happen, they end up meeting at a “family get together” and that is when they find out they are now related, as in they are STEP SIBLINGS. Their parents got married. OOHHH was there some heated words and thoughts. Chris can be a big jerk and poor Delia. Chris tends to lets his feelings take him all over which in turn makes him take Delia’s heart and feelings over all over the place. She doesn’t know what to think or feel.
OMG, the heat coming off them when they get together could literally set things on fire, they are so hot. There are complications-Chris’s mother is such a witch and I wanted to go a few rounds with her. Chris wants Delia so bad, when he is with her, any surface they are on, is tore apart from the loving they do. When he pushes her away, and acts cold toward her, the pain Delia feels, you can feel the emotional torment Delia goes thru. Their love story is fantastic, you have a tortured alpha military hero, the innocent, lovely heroine who wants her man but is in pain because he won’t be with her. There are the villains in the story and the ending is so wonderful, you will enjoy how it ends.

My rating: 4.7 stars *****

Chris and Delia were quite steamy once they got started. These two were not shy between the sheets and sex was a constant in their lives. Lots of sexy times in this book.

They had some trials and tribulations but I wish some of them had been dragged out more. It seemed like a lot of the problems they faced were quickly resolved. There was this potentially AWFUL event when they were in Vegas and Chris quickly “fixes” the problem which in reality would have made it 1000 times worse but in the book it’s just totally forgotten about. This could have easily been the over-arcing problem for the entire book but it was just brushed under the rug. I felt like that was how all their problems went, something huge is about to happen then it just fizzles out.

Without that bit of “reality” in the book it made it fall a bit flat for me. This book falls somewhere between a “novel” and a “porn” book. It wasn’t steeped in reality enough to be a novel but it was too long to be a porn book, though there was definitely plenty of sex.

**I read this as part of my Kindle Unlimited Subscription**

Stepbrother UnSEALed: a Bad Boy Military Romance is Nicole Snow's latest offering & like much of her writing, it's explicitly hot. Delia & Chris meet on the beach one evening & their encounter is scorching, unlike anything Delia has ever experienced. He's an experienced hard-living, Navy SEAL; she's an indulged, wealthy, good girl. He's a player; she's a virgin. They're both adult, only children and, importantly, they don't know that their parents are newly-wed to each other! The connection between Delia & Chris is palpable. They know they should stay away from each other, but it's not possible. There are unexpected twists & some melodramatic moments but that doesn't detract from the passion these two characters share.
Stepbrother UnSEALed is the captivating journey of a "made-for-each other" couple that will keep you entranced to the last word. Do not pass it by. I received a ARC from Nicole Snow in exchange for an honest review & without doubt I would have one-clicked this book immediately it was released - you should definitely do it.

At first I thought Delia was just a spoiled brat however after getting to know her a little more all I see is a sad and lonely young woman. Then she meets Chris. He holds nothing back and their unexpected meeting really makes for a great surprise later on when they discover they are step-siblings. I do hate Chris's mom she is nothing but a nasty vile woman whom I believe is a waste of breathe. Lots of twist and turns definitely in Vegas when things start to heat up. This book was a page turner from the start I could not put it down and has a little bit of everything rich spoiled girl, step siblings, bad boy and military all rolled into one made for one hot sexy read. This one is a definite must read!

I received this book from Instafreebie.

This was an alright read. The story was alright. I thought it was a bit boring. I was not a fan of this bad boy romance. I thought the characters were okay. Delia was a bit immature. Chris was my favourite. I thought they had alright chemistry despite all their steamy scenes. Also, I thought the story did not flow that well. I did like Nicole Snow’s other book, Cinderella Undone, so I know that there are other great bad boy books from this author. I just thought this was not one of them. Overall, an okay read.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

Holy hotness is this book good. In this book we meet Chris and Delia (as her friends call her). This book starts out with Delia holding a party that she really doesn't want to be at on her dad's private stretch of beach. While there she sees a man diving off the rocks and into the water. Knowing this is a private beach she has to confront him. However when she meets this mystery man he stirs things in her that she has never felt for any man before she may just be ready to hand over her V-card to this one. However just as things get interesting her father calls and reminds her that she needs her beauty sleep to meet her new step-brother the next day. Who is this mystery step-brother none other than the hottie from the night before. Now they have a real dilemma find out if what they have is real and something they want to proceed with or walk away and remember the night they almost did something with one another.

Chris is a Seal first everything else second. So he has a hard fast rule of the one and done because with his job attachments could mean the difference between life and death. However the night that he meets Delia everything starts to change. Chris has never met a woman that holds his attention like Delia does and he doesn't know what to do about it. He knows they are now step-siblings and with everything he has gone through with his mom he should not just walk but run from this situation but there is something about her that makes him not want to walk away.

This book is amazing but begs the question can two hurt people find something meaningful with one another when everyone else tells them not to be together? This book has its ups and downs and lots of sexy, in your face kind of talk that will have you needing a cold shower over and over in this book. This book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end you won't hardly be able to put it down to do the simple things like make dinner. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone.

I have actually read a couple of her books before. Each book has been amazing. So when I got the chance to read this one I knew right off the bat I would not be disappointed. She is one amazing author.

Delia is this girl who was not willing to give her “V” card up to just anyone. She never found a man that turned her on enough to say “oh yes take it”. She was beautiful and men took noticed. She was going to school to be a journalist and had a father she adored. Her step-mother not so much. Her step-mother Evie gave new meaning to wicked step-mother. She was really a piece of work. I truly hated Evie in this book. I wanted to jump in and slap her around a few times. Made you feel real sorry for Delia’s father Bruce.

Delia had to be very nervous knowing she was going to have to meet her new step-brother. I mean what kind of son could Evie have raised. There could be no good to come out of it, right?

I absolutely loved Chris. He was the type of guy that make girl’s panties melt. He was this bad boy Navy Seal. Serving and protecting out country is what he loved. He never thought twice putting his life on the line for out country. He knew that he never wanted to settle down. He had seen what so called love could do and did not want anything to do with it.

Step-siblings, got to love the taboo. People want to look at is as something so wrong. But how can something that feels so right be so wrong? What happens when step-siblings fall in love? Can they survive with others out to get them?

You will see love, danger, heartbreak, passion, some very steamy parts, determination, and devotion. This book is well worth read and one you will probably want to read over again. There are parts that will break your heart and even make you cry. You will find parts that will even make you laugh. But isn’t that part of a good book, is when an author can pull you into a book and make you feel so many emotions.

Delia, a good girl waiting for the right alpha male to rock her world, comes across Chris, a sexy Navy SEAL, diving off rocks into the ocean on her father's private beach. Looks like it's time to investigate this hot, tattooed alpha. After a small altercation, Delia invites Chris's crude, but extremely hot ass, to join their private party. Things become real hot on the dance floor, only to turn scorching behind the bar on the beach. Due to a family issue, it ends all too soon. Plans are made to meet up soon but not before a twist of fate brings them together at a family get together. Their family. As in step-brother and step-sister.
WOW do the sparks fly between these two. Talk about HOT and SEXY. Chris can't seem to keep his eyes and his hands off of Delia. Then she goes and messes it up. These two run hot & cold & hot again. If they could just figure their crap out, they would be amazing together. This is a love story. A HOT, SEXY, SIZZLING, RIP THE BED SHEETS, LOVE STORY !
HOT, ALPHA SEAL who lives one day at a time, and a SEXY, INNOCENT college student meet on the beach only to realize, due to unforseen circumstances, they should not be together. They soon realize they can't live without each other. Will they be able to be together when the odds are stacked against them?
LOVED THIS BOOK! ABSOLUTELY LOVED THESE CHARACTERS! This was a wild ride. Lots of non stop action with lots of twists and turns. Very unpredictable. Very original storyline. Oh, did I mention, LOTS OF HOT STEAMY SEX ! LOTS ! !
Oh and, by the way, all Nicole 's books ARE THIS AWESOME ! ! ! You really need to ONE-CLICK ASAP !

Chris and Delia met the night Delia was having a party on her fathers private beach, Chris was trespassing but he didn't know that he was on private land and Delia was not going to send him away once she saw his body as he stripped out of his diving gear. One thing leads to another and....nope, she didn't loose her "V" card but she was oooohhh so close. The chemistry between these two was palatable, you felt it as if you were right there with them.
I must say the parents left a lot to be desired. Although Delia's father loved her, there were times that I wanted to shake him so he'd wake up and see what is going on around him. And Chris' mom, wow don't get me started on her, that woman is a witch with a capital B.
This was a good read, there were parts that I didn't like, for example - there is something that happens while in Vegas that I thought didn't have to happen - but other than that this was an enjoyable read.

"I'm used to girls dropping their panties in a heart beat. And I'd have Delia's in my pocket already, or maybe stuffed into her mouth, if it hadn't been for the goddamned phone."

Dirty mouth and drool worthy navy seal, Chris never gets attached.. get in get out both in his missions and women. So what happens when he meets Delia late one night at a beach party? He falls and falls hard.
Delia is tired of always being the good girl..after meeting Chris she throws caution to the wind...well as much as she can. And then they get a bomb thrown in their mix...meeting the next day unexpectedly and finding out their now related by marriage well step-siblings..
Between all the sexual tension and serious chemistry... this was a hot read with some crazy insane characters, a screwed up marriage,step-bother and sister, oh and did I mention a kick ass alpha and some hot "loving" sex...yeah I highly recommend this one.

If God invented the perfect man!
Well perfect for sweet, innocent Delia anyway, the yang to her yin, her total opposite and complete compliment. Too bad their parents had to screw up and get hitched making them step-siblings! Chris knows he should not want to be with Delia but the draw is too great and even as he fights it and promises to stop he keeps coming back and she keeps taking everything he will give her, falling hard. Chris and Delia give in and decide to stop fighting the intense feelings for each other but there is so much in their way; their parents (who never should have been married), Chris’s evil mother’s schemes, social perceptions, his career (Navy SEAL), plus years of insecurities and baggage. Can they beat the odds? Not telling! Loved the story and the characters, good mix of action (in and out of the bedroom), emotion, and drama, highly recommend it.

This was more enjoyable than Stepbrother Charming. I loved this hero more ! Maybe it's because he was a badass SEAL? I hated the heroine's best friend; that bitch was always in heat and openly lusting after the hero. What kind of best friend acts like that anyway? This was a funny at times, sexy a lot of times, very intense after the H's superbitch mom decided to make trouble for the lovers and very satisfying after the superbitch got her ass dumped by the heroine's dad. Very enjoyable stepbrother romance overall. I need to read it again soon.

Chris sure knows how to give his woman a compliment, “goddamn, baby. You don't know what you've got in the trunk, do you? This is an a** men jerkoff to through a whole damned tour. This a** makes boys fight twice as hard in the field, whatever it takes to get home safe and tap it again.” I liked this book Chris was a rule breaker that would do anything for his girl.

Ugh. Can't finish and am surprised I made it to 77%, just when some action beyond sex finally had me getting hopeful. Editing mistakes throughout, drives me nuts. I digress. Same general theme....adults hook up, parental reveal within 24hrs that they're related through marriage, sizzle sizzle, heavy sex scenes, everyone freaks out confusing 'step' with 'incest'. Why that is considered a 'taboo' in literary romance in today's culture is beyond me. Anyway, this is the author's first attempt at a 'military romance' so 'A' for effort. 'D' for execution, but 'A+++' for that cover!!
The alpha male is a military man with no manners or decent vocabulary whatsoever - reality check, no matter how rude/crude a solder may be, they know when and how to show respect....each and every one of them. Being a skirt chaser or manwhore does not equate to being a vulgar thug. I think a real SEAL would be offended. Just tone it down, Nicole. We do like highly sexual alpha males but just balance it somewhat in the story.
My real problem is the female lead as the story develops. It's a nice take on 'poor little rich girl gets swept off her feet by Mr Military Alpha Male who falls hard', but her character seems to regress. She's supposedly an adult, naive maybe but no idiot, yet she falls to pieces at a critical point after showing some back bone. If it had been written as part of her struggle, as in constantly beaten down, or one final trauma that breaks her, I wouldn't be so harsh, but the author writes it in like it's normal behavior. Seriously, this character, if in reality, would have no business thinking she could be a military wife let alone one who cant know the details of a deployment and something tells me that's the ending the author gives her. We needed her character to be strong. Traits she learned through her love for him and hope for a future. Not abandon and give in when he needs her most.
As to Mommy-Dearest and Spineless SpongeBob, why isnt Mommy upset at her son's fate and why doesn't Bob get a clue with that fact. Can we have some realism, please.

Oh, my, this is seriously hot!

Don't pay any attention to the seemingly already-read-this-kind-of-story feeling you might get, the prose will just melt your thoughts away from that nagging obstacle and light you on fire till you reach the end of this tug-of-war of a book.

It's just pure dynamite. I was completely conquered by the power in the words, they pack an inferno of heat and sexiness and stark romance against all odds.

Chris and Delia meet in an explosive way, and it's all stormy and lustful and crazy from then on. I blazed through the book because it's full of adrenaline, naughtiness and a wicked plot that binds these step-siblings into a knot as inextricable as sexy.

When they find out who they are, there is a commotion that almost tears them apart. But no, the banter is followed by a need impossible to deny, and they throw themselves into a frenzy of forbidden intimacy. There is SEAL violence, wild nights in a seedy city, family feuds, crude words and insanely hot passion.

I really enjoyed being inside Chris' badass mind and knowing about his military missions and drills. It's also a lesson in possessive obsession over the woman he marks as his. Let me war you, this is a story of fiery and consuming lust that never stops. You'll get more erotic encounters than you could ever imagine, or ever regret ;o) And it works thanks to the vivid, desperately vibrant writing style that turns every emotion and every steamy session into a marathon of the senses.

I had a freaking good time with all the phases of this dirty and emotional romance: when they deny their passion, whey they fight to be together against horrified relatives and the world going crazy on them from all sides. The ending is harsh, dramatic and finally romantic in their own sexy way. Glorious!

Favourite quote: Something visceral tells me I'm clinging to a real man, an alpha male with an edge to him that's so sharp I want him to cut me to pieces.

Not my type of book boyfriend

The last 10-15 percent of this book was not that bad, but there was so much that I didn't like about this novel that it was too little, too late.

Delia and Chris are two very stereotypical characters, pulled out of some other stepbrother romance somewhere with any redeeming qualities removed. She's the rich virgin who reminds you ever other sentence how pure and innocent she is. He's the alpha male who curses every other word and thinks solely with his third leg. Together, they are made for one another.

This is certainly an erotic read. Once they get to sleeping together, it is darn near all they do. And the scenes are descriptive, but pretty much the same. I was afraid to skim over things too much for fear that I'd miss something, but I needn't have worried. These scenes did very little to turn me on. In fact, on more than one instance, I literally laughed out loud.

I'm sorry. Delia's panties are soaked so often it's not sexy; it's a feminine hygiene problem. And though I don't expect all book boyfriends to recite sonnets, they should definitely use better lines than "Feel my strength." Yes, he was being totally serious. And of course her panties moistened.

Bits and pieces of a plot were woven into this book, making it somewhat tolerable. But mostly, I just couldn't wait for this read to be a memory.

Okay this one really got on my nerves. There is a couple of reasons. Obviously by then title you know this is a step sibling romance. Now I am not someone who can handle real sibling (gags) romance books. I know it's all fiction but still. The step sibling thing doesn't bother me because the couple isn't really related and they don't grow up together. In fact this little spoiler makes this situation very easy to accept. This wouldn't bother me except this author chose to go overboard and really rub the sibling thing in the readers face and worse Chris was turned on by calling Delia sis and so was she. That's sick! Okay so to move on from that this story was a good story but it was also over sexed. Now some of you are going to wonder how can there be too much sex. Well the heroine likes to drill full force ahead! It's crazy and actually I'm scared for the heroines vagina! If she were a real woman she would have to have reconstruction done lol. No seriously though it's just over the top and unbelievable. This could have been a 5 star read but there was more effort put towards writing the constant sex scenes then developing the story line. Unfortunately this one is just a 3 star read for me.Good premise, bad execution.

Don't know what to say. It wasn't incest at all. She met the guy before everything else.
All the characters turned it into incest, their fetish or what?
It wasn't a bad book, Stepbrother's story not my kind, I have been reading several book with that theme and they are not it for me but I can read them.

With this one, I just skip some scenes, there were not a lot actually for a smutty read. What I mean not over the top, every pages. It was okay.
