Chris and Delia were quite steamy once they got started. These two were not shy between the sheets and sex was a constant in their lives. Lots of sexy times in this book.
They had some trials and tribulations but I wish some of them had been dragged out more. It seemed like a lot of the problems they faced were quickly resolved. There was this potentially AWFUL event when they were in Vegas and Chris quickly “fixes” the problem which in reality would have made it 1000 times worse but in the book it’s just totally forgotten about. This could have easily been the over-arcing problem for the entire book but it was just brushed under the rug. I felt like that was how all their problems went, something huge is about to happen then it just fizzles out.
Without that bit of “reality” in the book it made it fall a bit flat for me. This book falls somewhere between a “novel” and a “porn” book. It wasn’t steeped in reality enough to be a novel but it was too long to be a porn book, though there was definitely plenty of sex.
