Dr.Shikha Sharma is renowned therapist in India. I know her through the magazines and television. When her book came to stores, I knew I was going to read it. It is not some fiction book you read for your entertainment but it is worth each and every rupee and time. Took me almost a week to complete this book.

What is this about? Mostly about weight loss, the reasons of weight gain, controlling your emotions, being patient and honest with your diet, etc
Would it really help me? Yes! YES!
Is it different from other health related books? HELL YEAH!

I, myself,am not a reader of health books, never got enough of fiction to look towards the nonfiction section in stores. This book came as a giveaway for an honest review and I postponed reading it but I couldn't help myself after a week, I had to take a general look( read 30 pages) and I was quite shocked.

Like really shocked, the author wrote about the general things which lead to weight gain like depression, tension, anger, etc. With weight gain, you not only gain weight but also lose confidence and after reading this book, I recommend it to every health conscious person!

Are you eating more than your body wants or needs? Are you eating less or more because of your emotions?

Well ! Order this book !
