Once again rising to the occasion, and this time the parents got into the act also. Nice airport book reading

If you love a good mystery, adventure and a little romance then this is a great choice. JP Warner is a well seasoned journalist and somehow always finds himself thrown into the middle of one adventure after another along with his girlfriend and 2 sidekicks. This one takes us on the road to visit JP's parents who just moved to Savannah, Ga. It's Christmas Eve and the entire family is out for dinner and JP sees someone he recognizes and the story takes off from there.

I truly enjoy Mr. Ciccone's work and I can't imagine any reader not liking the JP Warner series. Since it's always best to start at the beginning I would suggest you start with the first book in the series and I am sure you would not be disappointed.

Novel trailed off at end

The intrigue left off several chapters before ending, thus the intensity was not there. I prefer stories that end, but this became a big wrapped up finish with too much ribbon.

Slow burner, but as with each Derek Ciccone book I've read, the narrative is excellent and being one of the JP Warner series, I'm already hooked!
