The ending bugged me a bit. I have a feeling I was supposed to know what Keiko was talking about, but I didn't because the story didn't compel to care about her past. Other than that, I liked Ran and Keiko's interactions. Four stars overall, and three for the unsatisfactory ending.

Well that was a disappointing ending. Like the mangaka didn't want to write any further/had to drop the manga. :|
