Fun, light and refreshing! I read Hunting Gideon by this author and enjoyed it, so I was pleased to see another story about Sue Ann Jones. I found Dancing with Edward a refreshing, fun, quirky-in-a-good-way read! The characters were entertaining, the virtual world was vivid and, while it was techy, it was totally accessible! I kept wanting to grab my data gloves, tweak out a massively cool avatar, and dive into Aireon's virtual world--I wish we had that sort of thing now! I liked the contrast and interweaving between the real and virtual worlds as we followed the plot and characters. The way the author described things was like reading a movie--the visuals were great! This book is a prequel to Hunting Gideon, so I went back and read Hunting Gideon again. The third book in the series, Saving Simon, is now out and I enjoyed that one, too!
