This is a wonderful reference book.
People often speak about using props in yoga class but lots of people have no idea who they can be used especially as support for advanced poses. This book provides lots of alternatives to support people getting into poses and strengthening the body in the pose. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Excelente libro, de gran ayuda para profesores, es muy práctico, creo q voy a comprarme la edición en papel ya que lo uso asiduamente de consulta.
