This book tells the story of Jeb Bush's governorship through his email exchanges with his staff, members of the media and the Floridians he served from 1999-2007. Governor Bush spent 25-30 hours a week using email to stay connected to his mission of being the best leader for Florida he could possibly be. This book illustrates his unique, hands-on leadership style and the tremendous record of achievement he compiled as the governor of America's 4th largest state.
John Ellis "Jeb" Bush is an American politician who served as the 43rd Governor of Florida from 1999 to 2007.
He is the second son of former President George H.W. Bush and former First Lady Barbara Bush; the younger brother of former President George W. Bush; and the older brother of Neil Bush, Marvin Bush, and Dorothy Bush Koch.
Bush is the first and only Republican to serve two full four year terms as Governor of Florida.
When I was a political reporter for the Latin Times, I read this book as research for an article.

“'Reply All' is a compendium of official and citizen emails. The book is terribly boring, but it does have a few interesting bits -- bits that we have painfully pulled out for you, dear reader, between drooping eyelids and neck-stretching yawns."
I have a whole new respect for jeb after reading this book. Although the 2016 election seems to have tagged him as a man with little personality, his works show otherwise. He is defiantly a doer. I love the way the book was written. It give a unique insight into the office of governor - one that I would hope more governors would duplicate.
