Bro Jim's new book is a great hands on resource for a leader's biggest spheres of influence.

Picking it up really does feel like a conversation you can have with Jim right there on the spot. (If you know Jim, or have read his other books or listened to him speak - you know what I mean!)

There are hundreds of "one-liners" in this book that actually make you think twice. On the surface, it seems like a common sense idea - but when you ask yourself (and you must!) "am i applying this?" you will stop and think.

Of course, it's not just a list of wisdom (like proverbs) but in each section Jim goes further into detail and breaks those ideas down into practical application.

If you want to grow yourself as a leader, I suggest reading this book and keeping it on hand, putting it's tools into practice and sharing that wisdom with others!

A great read!

This book is one I will come back to again and again. I've been excited about it for a long time and Jim did not disappoint. This book is a great representation of how God has worked through his life family and ministry and is like a 'best-of' of all he has learned and taught over the years
