It has some good information, however I preferred the first book over the second. But it worked well for my ASL (American Sign Language) class.

Used for ASL 2. Very good! Book follows same formatting as levels 1-6 and is clear and easy to understand; more cultural information in this book, which was really nice. My only complaint is with the dvds: unlike the last book, the vocabulary is not a seperate selection from the unit lessons and so you have to skip to the end of each one in order to watch the vocabulary. It's a little tedious, but by no means a serious drawback.

I really enjoyed this book, though sometimes it was hard to understand some of the signs, it was great for educational purposes.
