A fun take on game strategy. I originally heard about this book from their podcast, “Service Drive Revolution”, an automotive consulting podcast. While the podcast and book both draw their inspiration from automotive, neither are limited to one industry. I was looking for a practical guide to implementing gamification and this was fantastic...some brilliant ideas I can implement immediately. Would have been good to have more customer service focused rather than sales examples but still good!!
