While the leader of The Hard Corps, William O' Neal is looking into another mercenary job for some dubious people, a message comes to his headquarters that changes his mind. The message is about collecting a blood debt that was passed on to him by his father during WWII. While fighting the enemy, his dad was shot up. Only one man had his rare blood type to give a transfusion.
Fast forward to the present. 1980's present, and the son of that man who helped wants to cash in. Seems he is a well to do Italian dignitary whose wife and two daughters are kidnapped by the mafia. The faction of criminals has an exclusive resort in the mountains of Northern Italy. The request, kill 'em all. Scorched Earth.
To add more flavor here, there is a group called Green Worlders who try to sabotage a truck of hazardous chemicals from being dumped in the ocean. What they do is wreck the truck in a body of water used for drinking. People start to go mad and turn deadly. Another hurdle for The Corps.
