Taylor has been able to reunite all the different races. The witches, vampires, and werewolves will fight with all they have to keep the fey from taking over our world. Taylor holds onto Jesse and together they take on the impossible.
When Taylor gets kidnapped and is taken into a secret portal world by The Ice Pack, her life will be changed forever. Doomed to live the rest of her existence there, she fights to get back home to Big Bear Lake, to be with the one she loves.
Chrissy Peebles, a practicing nurse, has always loved reading and writing fantasy from the earliest age she can remember. She plotted every single twist she could think of during bedtime stories for her children. When her little ones begged for more adventures, she felt confident enough to let her overeager imagination and sense of humor spill out into her first novel. She lives in Ohio with her husband, two young kids, one hamster, three dwarf hamsters and cat. When she's not taking the kids to Little League soccer, basketball, or baseball, she loves to snap photos as her favorite hobby.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Taylor steps into a leadership role uniting supernatural races, and the threat from the fey is fresh and exciting. The portal-world kidnapping injects high fantasy elements and suspense. One of the most ambitious and dramatic entries yet.
As Taylor and Jesse set off to live their happily ever after, fate knocks on Taylor's door again. Will she make it home to her loved ones or is she truly "The Chosen One" of another prophecy? This installment is one of my favorites. It's one that helps Taylor learn to rely on others for strength. Just when Taylor's at her breaking point, a revelation breaks through....she finds her true self. This book is as action packed as the others with even more twists and turns. Chrissy captures your mind and soul in her writing. Truly amazing! 5 stars!
I really wanted to give this five stars, but there were so many errors and timeline missteps that absolutely drove me nuts. I did enjoy the story, just needs better editing and the timeline needs to be adjusted....at one point we are told Taylor spent months in the cell and next she says it's been a week. And the baby's age can't be six months unless Taylor was in a coma, that wasn't mentioned.
This book was better than I expected, considering I want a fan of the previous. I'm happy the storyline with Alexios was wrapped up. But I wasn't ready for another prophecy. I'm not sure how I feel about the cliffhanger, there was the potential to close it with a happy ending. Not sure I'm ready for yet another curse.
Another wonderful, adventurous, on the edge of your seat book. Slow in some parts but that would be normal because they try to get into some normal life before something crazy happens again. The twists and turns are fun to read. On to the next book to find out what happens after Taylor gives birth.
I gave this book a rated of 5 because I loved it. The fight for freedom was a hard and tough road being fought . Prophecies from two different worlds. What do the prophecies have in common? I recommend this book to anyone that loves the paranormal.
This series is so riveting it's hard to put Dow. And the cliff hanger endings. Wow. They can't get know better than this. One more book. Happy Reading Enjoy
