This book had a helpful biography of Kodaly, and plentiful appendices that will be useful as a reference. A good one to buy if you're looking for more after reading The Kodaly Method.
This is a super comprehensive book on the Kodaly method and how it can be implemented in the elementary classroom. I wish someone would write a version in Spanish to be able to implement in South American elementary classrooms. That would be fantastic!
