First of all, I like math so doing many math problems doesn't hinder my learning or my desire to keep applying math problems.
What the book shines most is its simple way to present and apply the concepts, even the challenging ones such as statistics which can get very complicated, very quickly. It gives plenty of examples, one of each type of problem that covers a specific topic.
The solutions, if the chapters are read and reviewed, are quite self-explanatory.
Just be sure to brush up on basic math skills before starting to study this book.
