CARLIE TERRADEZ is an international speaker, author, and Charis Bible College adjunct instructor. Born and raised in the United Kingdom, her family immigrated to the United States after she and her husband, Ashley, graduated from Charis Bible College in 2008.
Shortly after her ordination by Andrew Wommack, she became the co-founder of Terradez Ministries, a practical teaching ministry dedicated to empowering believers to walk in God’s power and promises.
Carlie’s life is a testimony to the miraculous power of God. She has been supernaturally healed from numerous life-threatening conditions, including epilepsy, and has also seen her terminally ill three-year-old daughter instantly recover. Carlie is passionate about helping people receive healing and access all that Jesus has provided for them through their Abundant Life television program and unique healing events worldwide.
I've listened to tons of Ashley and Carlie's teachings, so I figured I would have already heard all of the stories she had to tell. But this book gave so much more detail! The story of her daughter's miraculous healing was always amazing, but man, when you get ALL the details of how incredibly miserable poor Hannah was, of what the family went through when she had just days to live--you FEEL it. My next favorite story was how sweet little three year old Hannah, newly healed, loses her jelly shoe at the beach. She confidently announces, "Jesus will bring it back to me!" Then she patiently goes along while her parents search fruitlessly for replacement shoes, until the following day when the shoe washes up on the shore. Unsurprised, she picks it up and announces, "This one has been on an adventure!" Carlie's interpretation of what must have been going on in Hannah's little toddler mind was, "He loves me; why not?"
I LOVE that. "He loves me; why not?" What a wonderful summary of how to view God!
